Asamoah is awfull no way better than Mikel.... even though they play in differant positions would rather keep Mikel than have someone like Asamoah even in the squad

2 midfielders have left this season and just read that Khedira is injured... so could possably want replacements

Throw in Mikel as well as Cuadrado i would keep Ramires though... would be a good squad player as he can play along side Matic or play right sided midfield and has lots energy and can get box to box and score important goals.

Are a crocked Falcao and a disintrested Remy a better option than Bamford and Solanke?

I agree he has played a few games already this season with barca... he knows Cesc from his time at Barca and probably played against Costa and Azi with the Spanish squad... I can't see him starting on Sunday but i have a suspicion he will be on the bench mainly due to a lack of depth in the squad.

I think/hope he will play at some stage on Sunday

Need to start playing like we did in the first half of last season... cannot sit back and teams attack us and then hope to score on the break all the time, it may work sometimes but like Sunday it a shambles and didnt work.

the problem we have is that if we drop Ivan we have to put Aza to right back as we have no other right back... that leaves us no one to play left back as we sold Bertrand and van Arnolt Ake can play there but for me he is not a left back rather a midfielder.

we were lucky it was only 3-0 at full time, it could have been that at half time. It shows if you sell some of your best squad players(Luiz, Schurrle) and not replace them while all your rivals strengthen there squads. We had no one on the bench who was a game changer

Didnt think Financial fairplay excisted any more. Like you said teams now have to have instant success so waiting for home grown/youth players to develope is not going to happen. It's not happening at Man u or Man C or Arsenal and it won't happen at Chelsea either, you might get the odd youth player like Loftus cheek or Solanke play in cup games but thats it.

Sorry i cant see us winning it again this year... all the teams around us have strengened where we have stood still and we need a drastic rise in form to even contest.
