  1. Willian has won goal of the week in matchday 4 of the Champions League Congrats. http://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/goal-of-the-week/index.html
  2. Yes i meant the team, manager, backroom staff and us fans too, i am backing the team, look i´m not trying to sound negative or something, i´m just humble and realistic, i said that they can´t be overconfident and take maccabi-tel-aviv for granted, just concentrate on finishing the job, nothing else, i´m not saying the fans can´t be confident or back the team, that´s the most important thing and the fans that go to games know it better than i do, but bearing in mind what has been happening since the season started, i´m not taking any game for granted and the team has to do their job on the pitch and end this bad moment with results, it´s all on them, they´re the ones playing. Cheers
  3. No one answered my question, anyway i watched the extended highlights and i must say we should have trashed Norwich, history of our season so far, poor finishing has been costing us, ok it was 1-0, but It can get better and i was very delighted with the clean sheet and overall performance of the team, they looked organized, lively and created good chances to score, just need to put most of them away, Costa should have had a hattrick, been a while since he scored, but it´s good to see him scoring again and a very well taken goal at that, it will be good for his confidence and let´s hope he stays out of trouble in the future and focuses on his scoring, may it continue. Cheers
  4. we can´t get cocky, there is no reason for us to be cocky minding the season so far, we have to do a professional job and win, no excuses, but most importantly don´t underestimate the opponent, remember that in the Champions League we can´t take no one for granted. Cheers.
  5. i agree, clearly no walk in the park, so no slip ups please, the team needs to be focused and ready, we need to see off this team and garantee qualification before the final group match, then it will decide who takes top spot. Goodluck to the team and hope we get the 3 points needed, no more final day drama, that´s all i ask for, cheers and let´s keep the momentum.
  6. Hi there, couldn´t watch the game today, so much to do, just got home, great to know we´ve won, even if it was only 1-0, classic Mourinho result, it´s a first step to getting back on track, we´ll see in the next matches how it goes. How did the team play? any improvements? which player or players stood out more today? any feedback from you guys would be appreciated. Great to have league football resume again. Cheers mates. On a side note, today´s results were crazy, Arsenal losing 2-1 to West Brom, Real Madrid getting trashed at home by Barcelona, Manchester City getting trashed by Liverpool at home hehe, only thing missing was United dropping points. All in all a good weekend already Leicester City are the league leaders by 1 point, who would have predicted that at the start of the season? damn, Premier League is too unpredictable. Awesome job by Ranieri and his team, great season Leicester is having, from battling relegation last season to being 1st in the league by the end of November this season, really impressive, they will qualify for Europe next season for sure if they keep up this form, Vardy is having the season of his life, best candidate for PFA player of the year so far, in my opinion. I´m going to watch the derby cup match between Sporting and Benfica, great match it will be. Cheers
  7. Martinez is a karnt, expect him to eventually sell Stones to United or others clubs just out of spite for Chelsea
  8. @Kieran. , @lucio and other irish members of talk chelsea, congrats to Ireland for qualifying for Euro 2016, good luck guys. Cheers
  9. RIP Fülöp, very sad to hear that, still very young, cancer is a horrible disease, condolences to his family and friends many congrats to Hungary for qualifying for Euro 2016, it´s a tribute to Fülöp. Good luck to you guys in Euro 2016. Cheers and all the best
  10. Walters already has 3 goals vs Begovic this season for club and country.
  11. Great news , really want him to stay with us, a real workhorse, always gives his all for the club and this season he has been our best performer so far. Keep it up Willian :blue scalf: KTBFFH. Cheers Off topic: If anyone hasn´t voted for Willian to win goal of the week in the Champions League matchday 4, please give him a hand, he´s pratically tied with Alaba on the poll results so far. Wouldn´t be at all surprised if Arsenal fans boycott that poll even if it means someone who scored against them, they rather anyone who´s not a Chelsea player to win, lmao Here´s the link for voting: http://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/goal-of-the-week/index.html
  12. Who cares? Let them laugh all they want, in the end Barcelona will laugh even more as always lol
  13. FA just love to pull the trigger when it involves Chelsea don´t they? well at least West Ham got fined too, only 10.000 pounds less than Chelsea lol FA = Farking Arseholes
  14. Congrats to Vardy, really deserved , but fark Wenger ( FA darling )
  15. Claude is one of the few down to earth and humble Arsenal fans out there, a rarity these days, the rest are just karnts and deluded, including the guy with the microphone ( no racism intended ) , the one talking at the end of the video and specially Moh from Arsenal tv, can´t stand that guy, everytime he opens his mouth i want to puch him, always attacking Chelsea and calling us a scum club with scum fans, etc, farking idiot and a karnt of the highest order, no respect or class whatsoever, hope someone kicks his teeth in one day, but that´s just my opinion. Cheers
  16. Thanks the thing is, the club has been in this position in the past pre Roman era and that´s a thing this new generation of fans can´t come to terms with, bearing all the success Chelsea has achieved these past 12 years, that´s my view Jimmy, Flo and Eidur were great and worked their asses off for the club, i feel really sorry that Jimmy and Flo didn´t achieve a lot more with this club, at least Eidur achieved it with Mourinho, then the bastard left for Barcelona and won everything in sight hehe
  17. That´s why i´m humble enough to admit we were once a small club and we have overachieved in a way, the money injected by Roman helped a lot and i´m really proud of it of course and we are making history not relieving it, like Liverpool, Arsenal and co. throw at us every day, and i won´t allow myself to overreact to this situation, it´s not healthy for me and there´s more to life than football and i´m staying at this club for the loung haul no matter what happens in the future. Cheers
  18. what i really think is that many fans have become too spoilt that they can´t handle this kind of situation, it´s always about winning, winning, winning and as soon as the team gets in to a type of crisis all hell breaks loose, i used to be very spoilt i admit it, but i changed my ways years ago bearing in mind everything that happens in football and outside it. Sure, i understand your points and i respect your views and worries on this matter, and i know we will always not agree on many subjects but that´s life. Cheers and thanks for your civilized conversation. All the best
  19. The amount of restraint the board has shown is indeed remarkable, maybe new stability for a change??? who knows? not sacking managers left or right at the first sign of a crisis, i´m just as angry as anyone at the current state of things and i want things to get better, but one of the club´s problems these past years has been the lack of stability with managers and i would like that to change soon. What´s Wenger´s excuse at Arsenal for not beeing sacked yet ? the board keeps backing him, but what has he shown ? i do remember Ferguson facing relegation with United at some point many years ago and he was bound to get sacked, but they kept him and they didn´t regret it: http://en.espn.co.uk/football/sport/story/206230.html Look, like i said before, a team that won the league last season simply doesn´t turn to sh*t overnight, there is a clear sign of low confidence right now, but i can´t deny the many crucial decisions that have been going against us this season, that could make a difference in the team´s momentum and morale, who knows? of course that doesn´t hide the fact that the team has been very poor, but for once i would like to give the manager a chance to really turn things around, i´m willing to give him that vote of confidence. I´m giving Mou the benefit of the doubt because today he wasn´t in the technical area to exert his influence on the players and that is a big factor, either way the players had no excuse to fail on the pitch even with Mou out of this game, so what changed after the Kiev game? I know playing at Stoke is always difficult and today the team was unlucky not to get at least a draw, it´s just one of the many things that can happen when things aren´t going your way, the blame must be shared by players and manager. You and others can slag me off all you want, but it´s my opinion and there are many who share my view, but stability at this club would be a great start, we´ll see what happens. Cheers
  20. Do you have anything personal against portuguese ? just say it, i dare you...
  21. Seriously, i trust the mods will do something, because there is no respect for other opinions, just constant bashing. I don´t slag people off for sharing different views than mine, it´s all part of a football debate and i have to respect other opinions even if i don´t agree, it happens, i expect the same in return, it´s called respect and there are rules in this site that i plan not to break any time soon, because of silly arguments. Cheers
  22. lol i´m not going to reply to any comments regarding Mourinho hate, i might even get banned for saying something i will regret, say whatever you want, bash people all you want, i´m not bothered. I´m sticking with my opinion, whether you agree or not.
  23. are people going to blame Mourinho today? for farks sake, he´s not even in the technical area, what´s the players excuse again? Come on Chelsea
  24. i say just cut our losses with Costa, it´s becoming unbearable.
