Since when are we not a trophy winning side?????When I last looked we were still in 3 competitions and won a couple in the last 12 months. Ref RLC...he is having the odd chance...playing well sometimes, playing naively at other times. You are now going round in circles and clutching at straws ref a new or interim manager and not even making sense. So I think we had better agree to disagree and leave it that

you still don't get it do you.Bringing in new or interim manager would set our youth policy back years just as this season and the next couple of years we could at last be onto something special with them. Integrating youth into a trophy winning side takes time and stability. Even Wenger struggles with it nowadays ...result the other night with 4 youngsters. With regards to ages of players ....we have quite a young team out some matches anyway. What we going to do? replace a 22-24 year old with a 18/20 year old? We know that players like JT, Ivan etc etc are possibly coming to the end of their Chelsea careers and they go down as natural wastage to be replaced. But I bet if we move on players (and thats any player) posters like you will be shouting from the rooftops asking for stellar signings...then a few weeks later complain about integrating youth. Its about balance and the slow approach Mourinho has with the young uns is ok by giving one or two at a time a sniff of the action.

Actually he has a point becauseit would do as far as integrating youth is concerned. Mourinho has at least started giving a couple match time here and there sporadically. An interim or new manager would be driven just by results and we would be back to square one with youth as proven over the years. At trophy winning clubs, youth get in general get more of a chance the longer a manager is there. Look at LvG at Man Utd....played some youth v MK Dons last season and look at that teamsheet and ask where those players are now. Short term manager spends 300m in a couple of season....no youth bar James Wilson rarely. Mourinho has stated that if he stays for a long time the youth will get their chance

he did defend the players and was trying to be positive.... Thought his post match interviews were very good actually and its negative glass half empty muppets like you who try to find fault with everything because it suits your agenda are the ones who are depressing and finding excuses for everything. the problem ( luckily for us ) is that Klopp has inherited a Liverpool team who cannot press energetically all over the pitch for substained periods. They might have a pop for the first 15 mins of each half or so but I reckon we will tire them out and score a couple late on

She just does the contract negotiations and the fees for buying and selling. She doesnt get involved in identifying players to buy or sell...the others involved in that side of things just recommend a player and she conducts the business with other clubs/agents or in the case of extensions with the players agent. With the Mourinho extension, the talks had been ongoing many many months before he agreed and signed and as we won the trophies last season, it seemed perfectly reasonable at the time it was announced
