lets get this right...unless it stipulates in her contract she specifically has to be on the bench on matchdays (and being on it is regarded as a higher position than not being on it) then she was not demoted or relegated. She kept her job title and just didnt turn up for work for the next few weeks before leaving the club. Whether that was down to being traumatised due to the alleged treatment by Jose and the club.....who knows...it will come out in the wash. There is also the issue that this was just the tip of the iceberg regarding her ( again allegedly ) At the moment, she hasnt claimed for any type of discrimination (hard to prove with Jon Fearn involved ) but we do not know behind the scenes what has happened, so if constructive dismissal is what she is after then I suggest that this is not about the money/compensation but rights and self esteem

if he is to go....I hope the board offer only a 2 -3 year deal to a permenant replacement and only extend contracts in last year of a current one to a max of 2 years at a time. Also I wonder if there is a case against Mourinho for a reduced severance due to bringing the club into disrepute etc etc

the team actually set up as 442 and went at them. Not sure who made the call for them to sit back after 15 mins.......could have been JT once he realised that some of the forward and midfield were not tracking the runners. But what matters that it doesnt matter what system, what tactics, what individual responsibilities are asked of players......if anyone is just going through the motions and not giving a 100% because they dont like the tactics etc then they shouldnt be in the team/squad or worse case scenario...at this club
