Don't take the fucking high moral ground with me mate you're the one who wanted a Chelsea player to be injured. And I'll swear my head off at anyone who makes such crass statements. And that last pathetic statement has nothing to do with Chelsea and is totally irrelevant.

Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer's dancing is off the scale terrible she's like a five year old girl and he looks like he's getting electrocuted by a cattle prod
-
He looks like a Liverpool player from the 80's I was going to say on holiday but vacation is probably more apt
-
I don't understand this what wasn't sustainable playing defensive football ?
-
Go to a bar full of geezers wearing ten gallon hats, eating grits and corn dogs and listening to The Eagles then you might find him
-
Go to any bar playing Northern Soul Did you know he's actually a septic tank he came to the UK when he was 14 he got heavily influenced by British culture presumably. If I left London to go to the USA when I was a teenager I couldn't imagine giving myself the moniker Uncle Sam !

You want one of our players to get injured what a fucking prick.

We dominated before we went down to ten aswell. Ofcourse in terms of the match result it's meaningless but you can always look at game situations win, draw or lose and see potential signs going forward. For example in reverse, the 2015 title season, it was great to win the league but it was obvious to anyone with a set of eyes (or not in denial) we were close to big big trouble, and so it proved. I'll give you your due son you're definitely a half glass full person but it's the oldest cliche in the book it's a results business and saying we dominated against Arsenal is irrelevant if you don't win the game. Liverpool dominated possession last night, that game in 2015 when we beat Man United 1-0 at the Bridge and had only 26% possession that was and still is Mourinho's raison d' etre. If we have 80% of the ball and lose on Saturday I can't imagine anyone is going to say I'm devastated about the result but on the plus side I'm thrilled about our ball possession.

I love this sketch the BBC used to do this all the time. The worse one I saw was on UK Gold in the mid 90's they were showing Scarface and they dubbed the swearing into stuff that didn't make any sense. The best one was Tony Montana saying in his South American voice '' Go stick your head up'' and then in a posh English accent ' the toilet'

Can I take the fifth on that ? . His past Spurs connection would bother me and if it started badly he'd get dreadful stick.
-
Leave it out mate I know a lot of Spurs fans and he's massively popular. They were a mid table club before he came he got them to almost winning the league and the champions league final. He took over from Tim Sherwood for fucks sake Spurs were two bob till he took over.
-
So what he was our best player we all know that .
-
Mourinho is a mercenary he'd go anywhere. He's still well liked Poch at Spurs some managers like to maintain their legacy Mourinho doesn't care less.
-
That's like saying without Salah's goals Liverpool wouldn't be the team they are. Sheffield United, Leicester and Wolves are overachieving we are not.
-
Not sure he'd join us to be honest his Tottenham connections would split the fans completely, The hatred of Tottenham is very strong especially amongst the older fans who has to be said are the main core of our home support.
-
Oh come on if you can't dominate territory against ten men then you're all kinds of shit. Having possession of the ball means fuck all if we lose out to champions league by two points it will be little comfort saying oh well at least we dominated possession against Arsenal. We should have slaughtered them bottom line is we didn't.

No such thing I'm afraid even for Lampard. Spurs is massive on Saturday and could be a pivotal point in the season. None of us are expecting to beat Bayern Munich just hoping it's not a caning like Spurs got.
-
Screamadelica is a great album Andrew Weatherall and Paul Oakenfold (Chelsea fan) were responsible for the indie rave crossover scene. A real loss RIP Andrew.
-
As I've said earlier fans are letting their heart rule their head when it comes to Lampard that table that Jason posted makes horrific reading. Fact is if the last 14 games were the start of the season Lampard would be gone or under immense pressure. Lack of goals and lack of clean sheets if we lose to Spurs who will be out with their two best forwards on Saturday those mumerings will get louder.
-
Not one of our managers has given a toss about bringing through young players Lamps had no choice in the matter. I can't see our next manager being anything but a pragmatic, experienced safe pair of hands.
-
If there was no transfer ban Lampard wouldn't have been hired and the new manager would have loaned out Tammy, Mount and Tomori. If Lampard gets sacked or leaves definite chance they'll go back out on loan or even sold in a couple of seasons.
-
Lampard is held in high esteem by Chelsea fans and rightly so. You only have to read it in posts fans are reluctant to slag him off they're holding back and I can understand that it almost feels disloyal to give a legend pelters. Not me though I'm old enough to have seen some terrible managers over the years and while Lampard isn't on that list he certainly isn't in the top bracket and personally I don't think he's got the minerals to be a top manager. The time has come to seperate Lampard the player and Lampard the manager because Lampard the manager looks pretty clueless and it's his legendary status that's keeping him in a job. Yes a transfer ban, injuries and last night's fiasco where the ref and all the var twats seemed to get collective blindness doesn't help but we are in freefall no question about it. Lose against Spurs and badly against Bayern Munich and he's in real trouble and I know fans will say give him time but it's Chelsea we support and having a revolving door of managers hasn't exactly hindered us when it comes to silverware.

As I thought the previous two in 2000 and 1987 were Easter Monday and the August bank holiday. The 2000 one I was in Ireland for my niece's christening and had to watch it in a house full of Man U fans. I was at the 87 one at Old Trafford terrible Hillsborough type crush trying to get in. As for tonight I'm drunk and knackered and up early tomorrow so no time for a major rant or I'll be typing for an hour so goodnight everyone.
-
I'm struggling to remember playing them on a Monday FB unless their including Boxing Day etc.

Cup game a couple of a years ago when Kante scored wasn't that a Monday ?
