Lavia had some great performances during the season, but ultimately got relegated. He is nowhere near ready to start every game for a big club. Depending on attitude he can be a good squad player, but we can NOT rely on him to deliver 4 out of 5 games and in my opinion that is what a top 4 player should do. Not too sure about Ugarte neither, but I will trust Poch and PSG on that one, as I do not really watch Portuguese football. Caicedo and Rice are both brilliant options hands up. The fee is what can make them unrealistic. Mind blowing how we spent close to 700 million and I cant say I know who should be starting for us on more than 4 positions...

Our first pre-season game is on 19 of July. We have a little under two months to conclude 80-90% of our business (hopefully). Lets hope we will manage to cut down the squad and NOT buy unnecessary players.

Please respect other leagues. The epl is by far the richest and arguably the strongest overall, but Man city are miles ahead of everyone else and in my opinion are the only team that would dominate all other leagues. We have seen English teams preform well in Europe, but by no means dominate there.

We have two options regarding Levi Colwill: - Give him starting place in front of Benoit and KK on the left and extend his contract and pay package - Sell him and regret it later I would make him vice captain behind Reece and build our defense around him, but surely the board will prioritize their defensive buys...

We desperately need to trim this squad. Both first team and on loan players. Players need to know they are part of a team and fight for each other. We have probably used up to 40 players this season. This is CRAZY. We need a group of players and a manager to guide them. Please don’t overspend, buy players early in the window, have a preseason, loan some youngsters and tackle the new season with tribal mentality. We have a lit of players who don’t know if they will be here after 6 months and that is killing us.

You can’t have a go at Reece in the first leg or Chalobah today. They are playing against some decent players, who are the best in the world at controlling a tempo in a game. Both matches we were relying on luck for goals. There were no patterns. The biggest issue for me is set pieces. That is what we have always used for unlocking big games. I don’t remember a set piece goal in 2023. Correct me if I’m wrong…

Felix is a luxury player, capable of beautiful football. I feel sorry for the lad transferring to the two absolute worst teams for him. Pundits will go on about his lack of end product, but that comes with feeling good at a team.

Today I really wonder why Potter was sacked. I was pretty happy at the time thinking a competent manager was coming in. Absolute embarrassment. This whole season and the only people to blame are the owners. Real life ain't fifa is it? I hope for the best, but am sincerely scared for the future….

Tuchel is back with a bang and we are an absolute shitshow. The only thing separating us from a circus are half a billion euros. I believe there is a possibility of these owners running us to the ground. Especially with more financial backing behind more of our rivals

As I am watching united without Casemiro I am more and more confident that all we need is a CDM to have a pop at the top.

Before thinking about incomings we have to shift a LOT of players. If you believe that a team is as good as its weakest link we are terrible. 😕 In my opinion all of these have to be moved on(if possible): - All of the players on loan except Colwill - first team and Maatsen - prem loan with Burnley - Mendy and optional - Kepa and Bettinelli - KK, Azpi and Hall loan - Loftus Cheek, Kante, Felix and optional - Zakaria and Gallagher and Santos-loan - Ziyech, Pulisic, Auba and optional Fofana/Broja - loan These account to 15 - 22 sales and loans only for the senior players. We can not continue stockpiling players before we do at least half of the outgoings. As for buys we already have secured Nkunku and probably should make Zakaria permanent(financial reasons). A partner for Enzo is a must. Other than that I think we can wait for the squad to gel a bit before making further decisions. We have a huge squad and a decent amount of quality. We should all hope and support Potter to get the magic wand going. 😄

I believe there are no other areas to prioritize. We need a clear out first and even after that the two possibilities are GK and ST both reliant on sales and historically very hit and miss.

West Ham have an option to extend to 2025 and they will. So two years on the contract and no less than 80mil surely for the best English mid besides Bellingham.

A huge financial penalty for city is going to happen after the way the prem announced it. Point deductions/relegations and or transfer bans are a bit more complicated. The lawyer power city posses is well known add to that the reluctance of the league to destroy one if its best teams. The only curious thing to me is that they went so public and kind of have to punish city severely so they don't look powerless.

They are changing the rules because of us. We obliged by the rules and broke them legally. City apparently/allegedly did not.

If city get a serious punishment and lose Pep it would be great for the pl. I don't believe any of the other top teams has a structure to consecutively win. It will be a great two - three year span.
