I see that the gooners are after taking on their old player Edu Gaspar to be their DOF.
-
Well its a difficult thing to even start thinking BUT MAYBE 'the board' might be softening towards buying young gifted talent. Paying up so much for Pully shows they are at least willing to buy ones they want.
-
W elike the old boy I know buy its going to be a tough decision at the end of the season - depending of course what happens this month.
-
I dont believe that for a minute! She bought my Magic 8 ball from me a couple of years back and she swears its real!
-
And this is the moment I remember Sarri not so very long ago coming out in some interview claiming that we have too large of a squad at 25 and we should cut it down to 20 or 21. Well when we have a schedule like ours coming up with the injuries mounting up and Sarri sticking to his rotation lets see if he changes his mind anytime soon. Now IF we had a squad of 21 that were all of a 1st team starter class then juast MAYBE I would agree. But we just don't! Ive hated Weds since they put me in hospital in a cup game at home mid 70s.
-
Anyone who knows me knows how I feel towards racists but this is how the world has gone PC bonkers!! Ridiculous.
-
We will more than likely dig up more Rob Greens!
-
Going to be a very big problem IMHO. Look at who we will be losing Cescy - Cahill - HOPEFULLY Waterboy - MAYBE CHO - MAYBE Moses - MAYBE AC Leaves us Ross - RLC - Green - Blackman Still injured - Colkett Returned to us We will HAVE TO bring in our loanees to bolster the numbers and puposly go out looking for HG players. Its all wrong I tell you - ALL WRONG!! We should be allowed in this day and age to use whatever bloomin nationality or color we want. I couldn't give 2 flying farts about bringing up players to feed the England team. We support Chelsea.
-
I always have and always will back our new players 100% no matter what misgivings I may have before they join us. And will remain to have their backs until they show that they were misrepresented and their skills just aren't at the level we supposed they were at. But I think in Pulisics case he will show us how good he is and will remove the doubt from even the biggest Thomases! We really need to give this lad a nickname!! Pully?
-
You mean they're shit stirring gits!!
-
As I said mate Granny wont pay the asking price! She always does it. Penny pincher. Lost us £65mill for Willian. Lost out on KK for £5 mill more. THINKS shes saving us money but in reality she loses it for us. Sits on a whole Ikea store full of dead wood. Doesn't have a Black Friday sale!!. They just sit depreciating in value and bleeding the bank. I would honestly transfer her if it was anywhere near possible!
-
We also have EX managers that a lot of current and EX players would never play for again. Lets pray that the Magic Box/Barella relations are friendly ones. But like I said Granny wont pay the asking price ffs! Penny pinching instead of paying up for players we need
-
We do also need a GOAL SCORING ACM. The more goal scoring options we have the better, Pulisic is good theres no doubt. I like that he gets behind defenders and has a very good overall footballing head. But he isn't one to give us a lot of G & A's YET!.
-
From that report on Corriere dello Sport claim we want to have bought either Barella or Paredes before the end of the week And both of them (at least everything that Ive managed to find about them both) are very good. So I'd be hapy with either right now. The problem is that Granny wont pay the asking price for Barella so our chice is limited. So if we cant sign Paredes we are royally fucked!
-
What he said was he was asked for his opinion of him one month previous but he wasn't sure if the deal would go thru. So we at least know that Sarri likes the kid
-
TBH I probably would too! Tho I do like Isco taking Erikson is less of a gamble as he is PL proven. And if I was RM I dont understand the either or as they dont play the same position. Take them both. But with Bale there I cant see their fans liking it.
-
I would have brought him back for the rest of he season as hes just full of confidence right now and bringing him back would give him even more. I know he isn't the striker we would want to see lead us nut stranger things have happened. I would have given him his chance. Only reason I can guess we didn't is we must be looking for one to come right now and not the summer.
-
Looks like hes going to Wolves for rest of contract as he failed to turn up for training today.
-
Look how messy T'Boas contract got! We should have started to tie him down a long time before now! Maybe BM have have a bug up their arse over a small bit of silverware that we beat them on their own manor?? Just maybe..........??

Tottenham transfer news: Real Madrid make contact in Christian Eriksen chase as Barcelona bow out The European champions are planning a necessary overhaul of their squad this summer, and want one of Eriksen or Chelsea’s Eden Hazard Real Madrid have made initial steps to prise Christian Eriksen from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, and are preparing what they hope will be a £100m deal. The struggling European champions are planning a necessary overhaul of their squad this summer, and want one of Eriksen or Chelsea’s Eden Hazard to be their new playmaker, but the Dane is seen as more gettable. While the contracts of both are up in 2020, Spurs’ way of doing business means they are seen by Madrid as likelier to sell for a fee in the last year. Barcelona had previously been hugely interested in Eriksen, and saw him as an alternative to Philippe Coutinho before they signed the Brazilian a year ago, but do not now plan any move. That leaves the way clear for Madrid, and there has already been contact between intermediaries representing the parties. Eriksen is stalling on a new deal with Spurs, despite the club being willing to offer him around £200,000 to £250,000 a week, but it is understood the player’s concerns are not financial. At 26 years of age, the forward is very happy at Spurs but feels he might be at a point in his career when he should try a new football culture, and it is one of his ambitions to play for one of Spain’s major clubs in his prime. Bayern Munich has not been completely ruled out, but sources close to the player feel that if Madrid or Barcelona cannot happen, Eriksen would stay at Spurs. The Bernabeu hierarchy are highly conscious of the difficulty of negotiating with Daniel Levy, but feel the contract situation greatly leverages the situation, and that they may be able to do a deal this summer for under £100m. Madrid plan a partial clear-out to fund such deals, with the struggling Isco one of the prime candidates to be sold. Those involved think there is the possibility the Spanish playmaker could be put forward in a make-weight in such deals, as has already been broached in other negotiations where Madrid have tried to make deals happen. Madrid's inner circle stepped up their transfer plans for the summer in December, with Eriksen set out as one of the clearest targets. It is understood that, if it it came to a situation where Eriksen absolutely would not sign a new deal before the summer, Spurs would want in excess of £100m for any transfer.

Aye! 28 today Lets hope hes here on his 30th!
-
I'm open to him as an option.. Has to be better than our currebt options. And like I said I do want us to utilize our old guard.
-
Ah OK> It was the reason I wondered in particular why YOU liked him for it. Now I see. I wasn't aware of his UN stuff.
-
Didn't know anything about him. Not seen any links apart from RM and a lot to Victimpool and couple to Manure. But seems klopp really likes him Will be difficult IMHO to get either him or Barella as they wouldn't want to be on the bemch and he wants to go back to Boca. Thing is I've read a couple of reports stating Granny wont meet the asking price for Barella so this lad MIGHT be the one we are going for. They both look very good so TBH I wouldn't mind either of them I'm sure SOMEONE will tell us who is the better tho. Yeah mate. We have talked about him before so you know I like him I just wondered why you thought he would make a better DOF than a more experienced one - one used to the job at top level with good contacts etc.
