As Kenedy is 19 born in feb and he is registered this side of the prem year. This in theory means if he turns out to not be loaned out he will be seen as home grown as, he will have played 3 seasons in total. 2 seasons for us when he turns 21 during the 2nd year. however as he is 21 in Feb and the rules state as long as the player is still 21 when his registered for that prem year ie August and completed the 3rd year at the club, then he will be seen as homegrown at the end of the 3rd year. right? if so he is going nowhere for sure. Specially when you see how much HG goes for now!!!!
