You just gave an example against everything you said before... You should stop talking like you know everything about football, because you don't... It takes a lot of learning, observing and a lot of experience to know everything that you think that you know... Football is much more than reading player's stats. Team doesn't need to be built around player. If player feels the game he'll find the right spot, he'll know the right movement and what to do. If with that comes skill, speed, pass, dribble... then we can talk about potential world class. But only by watching players in games we can see that things.
