I dont think Lamps will try to change much. He is probably here only to manage the boys and handle the training sessions. Actually he will be here for about 70 days. I imagine the club wants to speak to Nagelsmann and Enrique multiple time, discuss about the project, hear out their vision, negotiate the contracts etc etc. Also maybe both the club and JN/Enrique needs some time preparing their stuff before coming in.
