  1. Far as I know, Roma and Fiorentina are both in for him. Would prefer Griezmann/ Sterling, but if he is a squad option, than fine by me.
  2. If I'm not mistaken, he is currently banned for Sunderland's game and if he is charged he then receives more to it?
  3. People acting like they'd prefer him being important in non - important matches, rather than the games hes pulled us by the scruff of the neck. Really fickle lot.
  4. Love him to bits. Comes back from injury and his link up play was great. Too bad he didn't have a proper shot at goal. Seems really physical again. I Love everything he does apart from runs, where he cant use his acceleration in open spaces, because he is bothered by one pr two defenders. To the people that are moaning about him, pick a fanny like Torres or Giroud and put Costa on the other end. Now get every single fan of every single club out there and ask them who they take. Even the deluded Gooner lot will take Costa. Legend.
  5. Feel like I' m talking to a 10 year old.Right on the topic, I'd be astonished if Bayern lose faith in him and sell him. Bayern values German blood, so It'd be surprising. Wolfsburg and BVB are candidates, far as I know.
  6. Do you even know what deluded means? I haven't ignored anything, whilst you just ignored my whole post by saying a word you have most probably seen on twitter, but not knowing what it means.
  7. People forget he is still 20 and with lots of time to develop. For the right price he can be a magnificent acquisition. Inconsistency is his problem, but when Suarez and Sturridge were there he was doing wonders, despite his finishing not being perfect. For the right price (30 mil, imo), he can be a great signing. One who'd probably stay with us for a long time, if things turn out okay for him, in terms of playing time, silverware and development. I wouldn't say no to him, he has Bags of potential and he has shown it numerous times. I don't think his attitude is that much of a problem. He is frustrated at not being allowed to leave so he's hit out at the media, KdB did that, nobody is slating him now at Wolfsburg, right? Football is no longer the 2 club max sport. Sterling is thinking about his career, which, with the right management could be amazing. I'm sorry, but some of the criticism is over the top. I may have gotten a little overboard with compliments, but fact is Sterling would do great here and he can play equally good at all 3 positions. I'm for it.
  8. We already have a LB. You can dream, but it's false hope that Azpi is going back to RB.
  9. I like the fact you base your arguments on things you will probably never find out. I said I took Isco out of the equasion and the fact you are trying to deny Oscar's inconsistency level with a mere pass, which he HAS to do at that situation, and by putting Isco back in the debate, proves me right all along. That there are some people, so blindly inlove with players who don't contribute as much as they should, that they'd actually use single cases of genius in order to make up for reality. Oscar is inconsistent, it's a fact, Oscar won't fit at any other top team bar Juventus, that is also a fact, you know why, because he is inconsistent. Gilvorak is just another prime example of blind Oscar fanship over the top. Fact is we can do with a upgrade on Oscar and if you don't want that, don't moan when we grind out the results needed, because Oscar didn't decide to turn up and boss the midfield like he can, and we are forced to play only counter - attacking football.
  10. Really? Outrages? A professional player of his class has to make that pass, doesn't matter if it is a fancy back pass. You, obviously brag how you've played football, that is a pass you HAVE to make, lots of space, a runner who just needs the ball to arrive infront of him. I swear, same as the Torres thread. Everyone remembers bit part moments, when in truth Oscar has been incosistent for the past 3 years. Put down the blue tinted glasses, and I'm saying that without even giving a penny, about Isco.
  11. One thing I have to say is that people use stats when they need to win an argument and argue that stats are irrelevant when watching the player actually play. Just checked how, according to stats, Casillas was better than De Gea. Would anyone take Casillas over De Gea? According to stats Willian is Cuadrado in disguise. Stats mean nothing in today's world. Bas Dost is a typical tap - in striker with nothing, bar inteligence where to be(which is not bad, but still..), yet when the average fan opens livescore and sees Bas Dost scoring 4 goals in one match, he is now one of the best strikers in the world. All I can say is, stop with the Oscar hype, because Oscar hasn't done that much to prove he is a world class player. Same goes for Ozil. Also, this is the Gotze thread, continue a debate like that in Isco/Oscar's thread.
  12. Messi and Griezmann to Chelsea confirmed. Instagram is the only reliable source in these days. lol
  13. I just said from what I have seen. He has played LM, because of James and Marcelo's bombing forward. I think he is the Willian of Real Madrid. Does a lot, but is overshadowed by the others. I completely disagree with the fact that Oscar is a creative CAM. Whoever said that has some really big blue tinted glasses, because Oscar has never put in visionary passes like say,.. Ozil. I've seen Oscar have big chances bottled, but still I think he has a tad better finishing compared to Isco, putting screamers aside.
  14. To be fair that is just plain luck. Being injury prone is to have constant muscle problems keeping you away from games like Hargreaves and Badstuber, for example. One major injury resolved in muscular extensions and constant lack of ability to get that fitness level back.
  15. Uhm, who said I did. From what I've seen from him he has much better vision and is a much more flair player. Oscar has one thing over Isco - finishing. Isco has the workrate, technique, touch on the ball, vision and passing ability to be and is better than Oscar. No reason to overhype our own players. Alex, I agree for both, I think it's debatable, but Isco is better, right now, I doubt anyone can deny it, a part from the Oscar fan base.
  16. Are people seriously saying Isco is NOT better than Oscar. I've seen it all.
  17. Knowing Barca's press they probably didn't even touch the ball that much.
  18. I wasn't even running at full pace the other day, when my foot went off like that and It still hasn't fully recovered. You are really deluded if you want think he can learn to avoid something like this.
  19. If that wasn't a bad tackle, I am a horse. There is no learning to avoid tackles. Hazard is more muscular and a lot more physical, he can take most of the beating and has had the luck, long may it continue, to be injury free.
  20. Happens to be my non-Chelsea favourite player, so I watch him a lot, to know that he isn't that susceptable to injuries as much you say. If you have ever been in professional footbal, you'd know, there are tackles like these that can injury you big time. Reus has had 2 of those tackles commited to him in the past year. A part from that he hasn't missed much games to due to injury in his whole career. He's dropped form due to a recent minor muscular injury which is keeping him out of games, but a part from that he is NOT injury prone. One thing he has is a stamina problem. He can't finish a whole match, he either gets subbed or dissapears waiting for a through ball.
  21. You don't even watch him to talk, to be fair. When your knowledge exceedes to that of watching only the BPL, then atleast don't try to make a post regarding other league players. Or if you do, explain to me how exactly is he made of glass and how has he fared this season? Thanks.
  22. Leave'em. Reus won't leave anyways, can bet a lot of money on that. It has to be seriously big money for him to leave, and he wouldn't do it, because he wants to, but BVB will get that huge sum.
  23. It will be resolved soon. It will either be with us or a new contract.
  24. To be fair, I am really expecting Gundogan to swap sides and go to Bayern with Gotze going back to Dortmund. I really wouldn't be surprised. Everything is in place for him. Mkhitaryan will likely leave, Kagawa isn't as perfect as his first season, Reus is staying and Kampl is settling pretty good. He'll probably have to live with Europa League football if BVB qualify, but with the upcoming German talent invasion and new coach it would be a smart move for him. Him, Geis, Bender, Reus and Kampl. Perfect Deutch material. And if they manage to nick Timo Horn for the low fee being reported BVB will be back with a bang if not next year, then the year after.
  25. Not only that, but I pretty much think Filipe will be involved in the deal. So I wouldn't be surprised if we manage to nick him for 20 mil. + Filipe. That's a bit of a dream scenario, but still.
