  1. "Niet Barcelona, maar Chelsea lijkt de volgende bestemming van Luis Suárez te gaan worden. De Telegraaf meldt woensdagmorgen dat de Ajacied een voorcontract heeft getekend bij The Blues. Dit voorcontract houdt in dat Suárez naar Chelsea komt als hij aankomende zomer vertrekt bij Ajax" This message is all over the dutch newspapers. It says Suárez reached a personal agreement with Chelsea, and leaves Ajax in the summer transferperiod. On the other side, Ajax seem to claim dat Chelsea didn't reached an agreement with the club (yet). I don't hope gourlay starts off with something like the Ashley Cole transfer-saga :/..
  2. Something i picked from this game was that we could play Kakuta instead of Joe Cole/Deco coming saturday. Maybe something like Joe Cole in the first half, Kakuta in the second. We shouldn't put too much pressure on him, so maybe a game like against Everton isn't exaxctly what he needs because it's so crucial for us.
  3. Yes, why do you ask? Did you had your suspicions xD?
  4. Let's hope that kakuta is not the only one who gets a run out! It would be nice to see Borini and Bruma play too. I'm really surprised by the slection of Philliskirk and Ahamed . If it's true what Eskweston says, it's indeed a surprise that P-kirk is included in the squad for tonight...
  5. Fuck, fuck, fuck. I'm depressed now.
  6. If we bring in one of these players, i really, really hope that they aren't gonna be like Sheva when he joined us :/. Was really a waste of many actualy. Problem with this kind of players mostly is how they adapt. Sheva was because of the different playing-style and much higher pace of the game. How many spaniards at a big club have succeeded in the PL? Only players i can think of are Fabregas, Xabi Alonso and Torres (correct me if i'm wrong...). I wonder how Aguëro or Villa would play against teams like Bolton or Sunderland. And especially what's left of them after they got kicked the f*ck out of them by their butcher defenses xD.
  7. Would be nice to see if our youngsters also can have impact when they are playing for something with a direct result .
  8. Let's crush them with 6-0 again . Hope we can show them that they have nothing to look for in the top-4 of PL!
  9. I Hope some of our youngsters will get time to play in this match (for certain if we win 5-0 again ).
  10. Have you guys read the pre-match briefing at the clubs official website btw? There are some pretty spicy comments in it...hope we don't get too much trouble with that :/.
  11. I see the dutch game often enough, the pace is nothing compared to the PL. Though it is good for his tactical and technical ability. And after all, he stays a winger. You can't change anything about that. you could put him at the top of the diamond, but that would be a waste of his skills. I think the position that comes closest, so he can display his quality well, would be an more advanced role on the side of the diamond.
  12. Another enthusiastic member joins ^^ .
  13. Let's hope he can make the switch back to the PL. There's probably a much higher pace and a lot more of passion/agression from defenders wich may cause him trouble...
  14. At least the difference is that we play a team that wants to attack. That has been different in the league before :/. But in fact that's also exaxctly the problem, if Arshavin plays, wich is probable, i am, as always, worried about Ivanovic' lack of speed against that kind of opponents :/, we saw it against Nani, he even needed a yellow to stop Giggs in the game at stamford bridge this season .
  15. "A player who wants to be the best one of the world, and he already may be, should have the uprightness and the sufficient maturity to verify that against facts there are not arguments. If he says that it is a lie that Manchester United have conceded some penalties this season which have not been awarded against them, he is lying. And if he lies he will never reach the level that he wants to reach" Against Ronaldo
  16. "It is not possible (for) penalties (to be awarded) against Manchester United, and it is not possible (to get) penalties in favour of Chelsea. If somebody punishes me because I tell the truth, it is the end of democracy, we go back to the old times" Lol
  17. Thought this topic was about Kakuta instead of Gangster-stuff xD. Btw, Dre isn't really that underground, okay it's nice, but not exhilarating.
  18. Lol @ etc. Welcome to the Forum mate .
  19. Ballack is 36(?) now, that doesn't look like a longer term replacement to me honestly! I've never really been a fan of Mikel honestly, thats especially because of his aggressive game. His fouls aren't in proportion to what he wins with them. To see Essien play on the right-side of the midfield (where he should play imo) for example is really:delight:. Despite him being a really powerful player, with a really nice drive in midfield, he does not collect stupid cards & fouls like Mikel sometimes does. Must admit that Mikel was pretty good in our game against Wolves though .
  20. Don't have a problem with it. Chelsea is a different story then Liverpool ofcourse, our selection has much more quality in width then theirs . Luckily, CA doesn't change his team after each game/week, so we shouldn't worry too much about his, what you could arguably call a 'rotation', system.
  21. Roma have played down reports that Daniele De Rossi could be set to join Real Madrid or Chelsea in January. The Italian international was said to be high on the New Year wanted list of both Real and Chelsea. But Roma have moved to reiterate that the 26-year-old is staying at the Stadio Olimpico. "These are baseless rumours, Rossi is absolutely unsellable," Roma's technical director Bruno Conti told the Corriere dello Sport. "He won't go either to Chelsea or Real Madrid, nor elsewhere. "De Rossi is a player of Roma today, tomorrow and after tomorrow - I don't think there is much else to add." http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_5718881,00.html Don't think we really need him...
  22. Hoping to achieve that in a far future
  23. He is indeed a very, very bright prospect. But i think we shouldn't hurry him into the first team. Let him have his time. How many talents, proclaimed prodigies, did go to waste because of the media attention they've got? I know it may sound a bit hypocrite because Kakuta already has had enough media attention, but on the part that we can handle ourselves (namely playing/talking about him from out of the club), we should be careful. He will grow into his role, let him develop and don't push him.
  24. OMFG . No, you were young and innocent at that time, didn't know how to choose the right team .
