Wouldn't look out of place in the Bayern 11 imo that is how good he is this season.

All solid points there.

Voted yes because I can't see any positives why he should remain in charge. Quality of the football we play is atrocius, we can't even defend these days anymore. Our manager has no balls, really wonder where did the Mourinho from 04/05 disappear, where did his balls go..
Okay, I could tolerate a season without CL football IF we had a few of our own academy players starting in the Premiership week in week out, getting games for us, learning and getting experience. That is not happening and is unlikely to ever happen in the future under Mourinho. Its sad because we really do have some great young kids.
So, terrible football + no kids + no results = no future.
No future = sack tomorrow morning.

Game over for him, game over for his Chelsea career. Sad way to go for our greatest ever manager. Oh well I will always remember the 3 league titles he won.

I find the arrogance that we won't be dragged into a relegation battle pretty disturbing
Our form is atrocious
What right do we have not to get relegated?
I know I will be ridiculed for this but we have steadily dropped down the table - how low do we have to sink, before it becomes an option?

Take a serious at M'gladbach, they've risen from the ashes, after the coach who took them to the CL for the first time in ages resigned and the new coach, relatively unknown, has made them play smoothly since. I understand the sentimentality for him, but come on, you can't look past the damage his coaching's causing at an alarming rate, that even the most serene person would be challenged by the frustrating soap opera BS the club is currently in. We're even 1000 times worse than the likes of Dortmund last year and Moyes' United at this point of the season. The tactics are so useless for a squad of this caliber. His coaching is archaic and non-dynamic. He's got low flexibility.
Right now, we're looking at future humiliations by the likes of f**king United, Leicester, Tottenham, Watford, Sunderland, etc as a given. If you take a moment to think about those upcoming games, do you honestly feel an air optimism about them? I really doubt it. Many are rightfully being behind him, but the sooner he's out, the much more time the club will get to regenerate and control the colossal damage that's been inflicted so far.

If Jose stays it would be madness to buy in January ,,IMO the options are sack him now or write off this season completely and wait till next year to restart

If he is going anywhere, really doubt its related to "fan support the other night". Fans are not spending up to 10m a year with Jose Mourinho, so its easy to chant is name right after the team score a goal, or at the end of the game when the team is winning. Instead of chanting "Jose Mourinho", at the end of Liverpool game the stadium was going home before the final whistle.

He traded Mata, Lukaku and KDB for a Capital One and league title, is this worth it we might have to ask ourselves when Lukaku earn his 50m transfer to PSG or KDB is included in World 11 in a couple of years.

well , if its not about winning , it's about good football and academy development, you won't get either with jose.

As long as his favorite person is still at the club he is happy no matter what happens to Chelsea FC, like the majority of other fans really.

Please put in the same amount of support for our next manager as your mortal God Mourinho. Then we would see your true Chelsea supporting side instead of being seeen as a Mourinho worshipper.

If you want to be the best Eden ... leave and go to a club where the manager will use your talent

Agree. We've seen him get frustrated numerous times cause his teammates just stand around. He needs a manager who can unlock all his attacking potential. Until then he won't be the best in the world not named Messi and Ronaldo. -

Please don't take this the wrong way
But the difference with Arsenal etc - they are not 16th 3 points from relegation
Yes they are shit and have won fuck all with talented teams, but they haven't imploded either - they've just bobbed around at the top, missing out
We are 16th - I cannot stress enough how serious this is now. We are 3 points from relegation
Blackburn was the last team to win and then dissappear - although it took longer than one season.
We are right now relegation candidates - please believe me when I say how hard it is to admit that, But our form suggests it.
I think the Board have little choice

It is acceptable as long as we keep on winning which many including myself thought he would be able to maintain once he got the whole club under his control but clearly that is not the case. After all isn't the main purposes of having good attacking players are to win games for us but if we did then having them or not isn't really an issue.
Now though we can really see the damage being done by Mourinho and why he is the best short term manager in football history, he wins things in cycles(3 years at best) then he cannot maintain it after this period, what we also didn't know is the free falling capablity he has. Basically he traded Chelsea's future for 2 trophies.

Waiting for the yellow line on BBC and Sky before the end of tonight, Jose Mourinho has his contracted terminated by Chelsea.
