I consider him backup to anyone playing in the pivot or on the wing because let's face it, those are the only positions he's going to play in and he's not good enough for those positions.

We need better squad players, he isn't good enough to be back up for Matic. But then again I'm probably being too harsh on him, I just never liked him, I'd get rid of him and Mikel without having to think twice.

If it's too increase the price then great but if he's really gonna stay another 4 year... We need to strengthen our midfield, imo Rami isn't good enough for us and we also don't even use him the way he should be used which isn't as a winger/pivot player.

For me Mikel and Ramires looked decent against Walsall and Porto, they looked good enough to start but not great imo. I can agree with everything else, I've said those things for a pretty long time.

Ramires and Mikel looked decent at best against Porto, I wasn't impressed at all. Did they look better than Matic-Fabregas? Yes, but that's hardly worth mentioning given the form they are in. Zouma and Cahill should be our CB but they haven't looked that great either imo and Willian really hasn't looked that great, what has he done besides those free kicks? Ofcourse he looks better than Eden and Pedro but they're in shit form as well. Kenedy and RLC are the only ones that impressed me so far but they haven't started enough to give a judgement about imo. As I've said before we failed during the summer, we should've replaced at least one of Ramires or Mikel, they really aren't good enough for this club no matter how much heart they show. They only deserve to start because Matic is playing like absolute shit, it's also not helping that Mou keeps putting Fabregas next to him. He never was capable of defending and he never will be, if we play him we need to put RLC or Ramires next to him to cover for his bad defending.

But who is showing heart? Only Azpi and Begovic seem like they're actually trying, everyone is playing like they don't give a fuck

I agree with that, I just don't think we would've won our previous games with Mikel-Ramires in the pivot, at best a draw imo. Ofcourse RLC is ready, he's the only who actually looks capable of doing something with the ball.

I don't think 4-2-3-1 is a bad system, we just don't have the players for it. I don't really prefer one system over another, we should just adapt to our players, which we clearly aren't doing. I could care less about what he says in the press, it's really not an issue for me. The reasons I'd like to see a different manager is because it's his third season and what kind of improvement have we actually seen? We played good football for 5-6 months and then go back to playing boring football, which is fine for some people as long as we get results. I feel like he hasn't done that much for us except for winning the title, there really isn't anything we can build upon imo, there isn't a system in place for the next few years and we still play with 0 fullbacks...

He said before the season that he wanted another midfielder, obviously something didn't work out.Mikel-Ramires would be good enough defensively, I can agree with that but I don't see us scoring a goal with that pivot. We're already having trouble scoring goals and having those 2 on the pitch won't help us imo. The best option atm would be Matic-Ramires-RLC atm I think but then again RLC clearly isn't ready to play in the PL lol.

Yea Fabregas should've been dropped but playing Mikel-Ramires wouldn't change that much imo, it's still not good enough for a team like Chelsea, we should've replaced at least one of them last summer or even before. We don't have a good enough back up for Matic when he isn't playing at his best. The Matic-Fabregas pivot will only work when everyone is playing at his best, imo he should've stopped using it since January. We should really stop playing with a 4-2-3-1, we don't have players for that system and it's costing us...

They deserve at least as much blame as Mourinho for this crisis, I find it absolutely insane that we still have the likes of Mikel and Ramires as options for our midfield. If Matic isn't playing at his best we're fucked...

What pisses me off the most is the fact that we still play without real fullbacks, well we do play one but he has to play out of position... I wonder how the fuck he even came up with that idea.

So far he hasn't shown anything that doesn't make me wanna sell him this winter/summer.
