Drogba's goal at Anfield in 09/10, after the Gerrard backpass. I screamed like I never did before. Actually people from the room next to mine run to my room to see what happened. They thought the ceiling fell down on me, they thought I am dying lmao.
Most of all, I honestly hate presenting the trophy in the stands. I always loved the presentation on the pitch (like Gerrard did or the EPL in our Double winning season).
"In January, I am free to negotiate my future," he told Radio Cadena Ser. "But I want to be focused to try to help the team." http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11679/8086288/Athletic-Bilbao-s-Fernando-Llorente-to-discuss-transfer-options-in-January
I just saw a reaction from my friend who also supports Chelsea and who is now in the US. He watches the Premiership football in pubs and says Arsenal and Man United have way much larger support there than us and City. In numbers, according to him, 98 % of people he saw supported Man United or Arsenal. Maybe he was in a wrong pub or maybe our US tours do not really bear fruit.
Andy Johnson damaged his ligaments and will miss most of the season. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11711/8086066/Johnson-to-miss-most-of-season + Fabio is out for weeks.
Just a pity it was 'only' Terry who received the rabona pass. If it was a proper winger or an attacking player, maybe he would have dealt with it more properly and then went right to the box.
This is what I call fighting spirit. http://www.101greatgoals.com/gvideos/brutal-manchester-uniteds-sequence-of-slide-challenges-in-second-half-v-wigan/
After all those comments like he wants to repay the faith, like he thanks our support he does this, showing absolutely no respect to us? It doesn't really agree. I still expect him to apologize or to make some excuse at least, though.
Shame Eden missed his two chances, at the start and at the end of the game. However we were really lucky not to concede after Mikel's sloppy back home pass. Disappointing but after all, it is a good point.
