I would like to see Cech finish the season. He is a goner in the summer surely so he deserves this send off. In addition, there is no guarantee Tibo would keep the clean sheets. Here is something I would absolutely love. Petr Cech playing in the final game against Sunderland and Jose takes him off with a minute left. Exactly this happened when he left Rennes for Chelsea and the fans' reaction was brilliant. He deserves it here as well. Is that too much to ask for, is that possible?

This Lionel Messi is something wonderful, he is an absolute joy to watch and I am going to say that again - I am so proud and lucky to see him play live and do not need to rewatch him like with Pele or Di Stefano. His second goal against Bayern was a stunning piece of football but I have to admit I loved even more his reaction to Neymar's goal. THAT is some difference between him being a team player and Ronaldo and his arrogant reactions. Messi vs Ronaldo? Not even a debate.

Top three moments for me - - Diego Costa's 'crimes' against Liverpool - you could feel the whole world was against us, the campaign against Chelsea, Jose ignoring the press conferences. I feel somehow it brought the team even more together. - 1-0 win at West Ham. We just won the COC and had another difficult derby away from home. It was a game of goalkeepers at both ends. How did that end just 1-0, I will never know. I think it was the first game the fans started singing 'We're gonna win the league'. It was all about the winning mentality. - Winning difficult away games late in the season. Last year we lost to Villa or Crystal Palace which cost us the League eventually. This season, we managed to win these - Hull, QPR or Leicester. A right progress. Goal of the season? I will try to be different (Schurrle against Burnley is the obvious choice) and say Schurrle against Man City. It was a fantastic counter attack. Hopefully he will add the Community Shield as well in a couple of months. His English set would be complete.

Last season He just knew it. Look at him when he says 'Next season, next season '. He was just slightly wrong, though. This year it was not a race, it was a domination of 1. In other words - HATS OFF MOU!

To be honest it was an awful match but no one, I swear no one cares. Today was all about becoming champions and that is what happened. Just a shame Hazard had his penalty saved, he lost his 100 % record but again, no one really cares

Helping Chelsea win the title, dancing to the Chelsea songs, being covered all in blue including a scarf, calling Jose Mourinho the best manager... a proper chels, not one single doubt about that. And i fucking love that.

Just give us the trophy already!! An absolutely stunning season in the League. Jose was amazingly spot on last year when he said we were not ready yet. But the following year, we would be challenging. He was a bit wrong, though. We fucking dominated the League and destroyed the competition! One massive, massive thanks to all Chelsea boys! CHAMPIONS!!!

A stunning reaction in the second half. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but you have to admit that their goal helped us big time. It was the wake up call we needed coming to the second half. I guess we would not play the same way we did had they not scored. And who else than John Terry was supposed to score the winner? Captain, Leader, Legend. So happy for him and I cannot wait to see him lift the trophy, because we're gonna win the fucking league!!
