George Orwell's dystopian world of the future: - big brother - permanent Tory government - ration books - Graham Potter Chelsea manager

We 're back in the midseventies, days when the club was penniless.

If he was a politician his government would n't last one hour.

Mudryk is a flop with probability 90% now. Potter has to go. But the team on the pitch was Villa today. What do you think of Unai Emery ?

Potter magic.

No Willian, no Luiz, it was going to hit the pigeons anyways.

Opinion: Chelsea will now inevitably be linked with sacked manager

Tuchel v. Potter. HMS Rodney v. Typee wooden raft. -
Lukaku is not a bottler when given a chance. That's true and even if he misses some times remember that Diego was also missing some very easy goal opportunities some times. He can also go through opponents using his huge body, even though he is not a particularly good dribbler. But he is slow and of course getting slower as the years pass. I believe that the age of slow motion players is over.

The C of E is also in trouble over this. We should oppose discrimination against LBGTQ because when we don't the Soviet spies will try to blackmail our spies. But all this gay atmosphere is none other than the old "Charilaos prem" 21st century style. Charilaos Florakis was the leader of the Greek communist party. Everytime we had elections the conservative New Democracy had to dish out some confetti money, so the reds would not boost the socialist party vote. We don't say it any longer, but it has been replaced by the "brotherhood of the knights".

It was Dr Jeckyl and mr Haydn with Tuchel in 20-21. Remember 5-2 defeat to WBA and then lost to Villa (when at the same time Spurs were bottling against Leicester). But we managed 4th and won the CL. I 'm the guy who never freaks out about managers. I have been following Chelsea but other teams as well. What invariably happens is players get old, weigh 175 kilos and the manager pays the ticket. Or some other horrible vendetta out of nowhere forces the divorce. I can recall a handful of cases where the above patterns did not apply and it was the manager's fault. But Potter is unfortunately one of those exceptions.

Arsenal are playing well - it's we who forgot football.
-
Tuchel - Conte - Mourinho. All with their pros and cons. But where you place Potter the useless ? He cannot even remotely compare with any of those three.
-
He was given some material do build something with. But the man does n't know the sport. Anything positive you see is the result of individual effort.
-
The 1st half was sh*t, no plan - no notrhing, The subs were sh*t. He dislodged the team. Everton are not a team for the division. Anyone else would have beaten us.
-
Sack the f*cking idiot Potter.
-
There is no plan of attack. Balls hit at random - against one of the weakest of the premier's team. Potter really must go.
-
Back to square one. Clueless again, fecking Potterball. Everton cannot score, this will end 0-0.
-
Real's defense is only Cu(n)tois.

The final is Benfica v. "x".
-
It's Real who don't like this draw more than we don't like it. As for City/Bayern next it does limit our chances of becoming finalists if they are so unbeatable but it does n't limit our chances of winning the trophy.
-
It's predetermined however that we play against the winner of City v. Bayern in the semi ! That does n't affect our chances of winning the champions league but limits our chances of becoming the finalists.
-
The draw was not bad. Ok Inter or Milan would have been the theoretically easy takes, but we 'd have to face one of the big boys eventually. The positive is City and Bayern were drawn against one another so we have three "giant opponents" now but we will be left with one if go through. Next Napoli and Benfica I expect will both be in the semis and they are of course decent sides both. RM have Vinicious but they are not unbeatable. In 2021 we disposed of them with relative ease, last year despite having much improved they were superlucky (Mendy's gift - Rodrigo through the eye of the needle in the replay).

We would n't get stuffed by Sporting if we were right in the midst of the Lampard wall of Lampard walls. Arse's European cabinet of trophies does n't exist. Spurs probably have a bigger one.
