I 'm not impressed with Kai yet. Bats and Remy could do these things on a good day. He 's still weak in man to man situations (compare with Mason). As for Timo Werner it remains a mystery. Now I think his main problem is that he keeps his eyes fixated on the ground and therefore his shooting is affected.

Torres scored some fantastic goals over the years, including Camp Nou. Also lost many easy ones and he never made it to become a Chelsea legend. Morata scored some in the beginning, but overall he was a disappointment. He seems to have changed since he left. The day before against Lazio he scored one with clinical precision. When Morata was with us the obvious problem was lack of confidence - usually his mind went awol when presented with a chance. That does n't appear to be the case with Werner. In fact he looks very much the cool headed type - like Diego for instance. Ok we 've seen clumsiness too from him, but overall it seems that nothing he does seems to work. But may be there is some other problem. Maybe his keeps his eyes on the ground and this is a problem - the goalkeeper, defender gets the better of him.

Just watched Bayern v. Borussia Dortmund. Incredible match, Bayern won 4-2 from 2-0 down. Levandowski scored three, both Dortmund goals scored by Haaland. Bayern are visibly the best team in Europe: - Accurate long distance balls. - Tremendous strength, they come out winners out of hard tackling situations & they 're not afraid to get into those. - Levandowski, Miller up front Their defense is also good and hard for opponents to go through, despite those two Dortmund goals.

It is an offside position - there must be two men covering the attacking player.

Well done. Giroud was six meters offside but by the time the ball got to him the Atletico defenders covered him - that's why the goal counted. Atletico is not the force of old. Significantly after the 1-0, in the remaining 20 minutes, Oblak had a lot more work to do than Mendy. In fact Mendy did n't have to make a single save during the entire match ! We will see how Real Madrid fare tomorrow but our real opponents seem to be Bayern - PSG and Pep.

I don't get it why PSG discharged Tuchel. He reached the cl final, respectable performence against Munich then in the French league some initial misfortunes were unavoidable. Given the hasty preparation of the teams during these covid seasons and the mighty effort in Lisbon just before, it was practically unavoidable.
