Azpi Rudiger Zouma Alonso Kante Jorginho Mount Willian abraham pulisic For crying out loud we need a CB pairing that sticks together for a couple of games. Choose those two and stick with them *every* possible pairing is shit so just build a relationship please. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Chelsea's Christian Pulisic has been directly involved in seven goals in his last eight away Premier League games (five goals, two assists). Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Not as bad as Reece defensively though Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

[emoji28] I mean yeh credit where it's due but he was a black hole attacks the whole match prior Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

I wanted James because he can cross. I'm pretty sure hes shit defensively - no way he should play against city. Pulisic obvi. Abraham too. Is jorginho back? Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

MY FUCKING MAN PULI Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
-
Because hes moping up counter attacks. Keep the ball in their half and have kante covering the break always Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
-
Especially Andreas but 3/4 of the defence were shit Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

If he doesn't make a change I'm gonna rage. They haven't got the fucking fitness as it is subs would be needed Soonish but if he sits on his arse for 15 minutes hes chosen to wasted them Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Azpi off for James RLC off for pulisic Gilmour on for kovacic 60 mins Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

That relegation fight though. I want a do nothing midtable team thinking about the beach Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

C'mon you blues 5 points clear!! Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Yeh kova and kante is a legit combo. Probably our best for a pivot. Playing it safe for Frank is a decent option though i expect billy to come on anyway Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
-
Yeh the 5 subs means Billy and pulisic should be on at some point. Most of the squad is still building fitness remember. I dont really care who starts concerning Giroud/Abraham. Giroud did well against liverpool Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Tbf we should probably focus on getting the three points here lol Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Fair enough. Let's stand back and see how next season plays out. Bloody hell typing on my phone is causing a ridiculous number of typos. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
-
To think pulisic is a ball hog youd have to have only watched highlights of our matches - that he didn't play in. I mean the guys developed with Dortmund for fuck sake Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
-
And how the hell does the reflect on Pulisic in particular when he's basically been involved in the second most goals this season? Pulisic has no problem moving the ball quickly. But we'll see. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Well if Werner is expected to start as a wide player (as opposed to a floating second striker) then we certainly won't keep the ball as well as we did this year that's for sure. C'mon frank [emoji111] Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Which is why I'm gonna cry if he plays wide left in a 433 and we drop pulisic. Who's better than him at everything up until movement/shooting in the box. God I hope we dont stick him out there Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
-
Good finish by chilwell. Alonso would of been proud of that. Still average defensively at best Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
-
It's the movement. Werner from wide the central. Ziyech from wide to deep. Havertz deep or wide and Mount like a headless chicken Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
-
I can imagine him playing a false would allow Werner to make runs from wide into the space Havertz has left as moves around wide/deep. Werner would essentially take up the same positions David villa did for Barcelona. Kind of like Anelka for us - a wide striker - but with a false 9 Werner would have more space in the middle to move into than anelka had when drogba was our central striker Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

My opinions on havertz are useless because of how little I've seen him, but from what I have he does look pretty poor off the ball (when the team has to defend). Theres been times where I've watched from and thought RLC is clearly the better dribbler when hes carrying the ball up the pitch (not necessarily in tight space though) and is actually clearly the better athlete (but then havertz is only 20). I think RLC is the better tackler as well. So I'd love to hear your opinion on if you agree at all. I get the impression Havertz is a great finisher, with both feet. And has the technique and vision to make good passes. Not had at dribbling but not his main asset. And his skillset makes him a great CF/false 9. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Isnt there like 7 games left this season? I think that's enough time to see where RLC currently is. I thinks hes gonna come in and look great. Adding goals and assists to his game last season cleared up which position sits him. Attacking mid, centre or left mostly. He can improve his off ball work rate buts it's not as crucial as when he was playing cm Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
