He made poor decisions yes. Especially losing the ball when it was 1-3 and we were counter attacking 6 vs 4. Ajax scored their 4th a minutes or so after. But won the first penalty, basically made Azpi's goal. He took up good positions around the box but Willian and James ignored him. Tammy on the other hand fucked up some good chances. I was one of those who rightly pointed out we were atrocious defensively up until recently. The recent form is very encouraging and it's given me more confidence in frank as a manager. I don't think he's a feel good stop gap that gives a golden generation of young players a year or so to establish themselves in the team, I think we can legitimately improve and win stuff under him. Defensively played like one of the best again, like he used to. Pressing players, nicking the ball and playing it forward he was good too. His passing in tight spaces is phenomenal. Crazy good. Good partnership with Bats but the real task is to get in the first team and strike that partnership with Tammy. Kante and RLC wouldn't have been able to do what kova and Jorginho did today. There was one point in the 75th minute where they just played it back and forth around the RW who was pressing him.
