Can't get any game time all of a sudden despite looking good everytime he's played.
-
We didn't play well and the match was boring. The team selection clearly inhibited some of our players and playing without a striker at home when you have 2 on the bench is strange. Southampton got hammered 4-1 at home in their last game. Forgive me for expecting more against a team that has only 1 win in their last 9 games.

Conte needs to learn how to make the right rotations in this season where he actually has to make them. I have no clue what that starting line-up was and we ended up wasting time and holding on vs one of the most out of form teams in the league at home. I was expecting to be entertained but I was bored shitless. Playing Hazard as a false 9 doesn't get the best out of him or the team. We need a focal point. Morata and Fabregas together have no business being on the bench in a home match. I don't know how tired Morata is supposed to be.

I don't know about the bolded part. City yes, Arsenal/United hell no! Lukaku on the wing? lol you must not be watching United a lot this season. They aren't anything special. Such confusion will be a disaster for them
-
Willian can't even make a good pass against or try and take on a player whose hamstring has gone
-
Him making a good decision is something more of a miracle these days. So many laughable overhit passes that even I won't make
-
Hanging on at home to a team that just got destroyed 4-1 by Leicester. This is Conte's fault. Ridiculous line up. Play your best players and play your other best players in their best positions. Very annoying game. If we started Morata and played Hazard in a positon he's comfortable in this game would have been over a long time ago
-
This is a fucking shit line-up. Conte is so annoying sometimes.
-
Is there a reason why Morata is not on the bench. Playing without a striker should be an emergency option this is a dull match
-
Some of you would have been wetting your pants over getting him prior to the Atletico Madrid games
-
He certainly did not. Based on what? CL success maybe because Hazard didn't play in it last season. But there's no doubt Hazard was hands down the better player in his own league for instance http://www.squawka.com/football-player-rankings#performance-score#player-stats#top-5-european-leagues|season-2016/2017#all-teams#all-player-positions#16#43#0#0#90#12/08/2016#28/05/2017#season#1#all-matches#total#desc#total Sites like Squawka provide at least a certain degree of objectivity in determining the best players in Europe every season. These algorithms consider everthing. Goals, assists, key passes/chances created, possession score, defensive contribution and efficiency not just subjective opinions. Unsurprisingly Hazard was 2nd to only Messi in 2016/17 and 3rd I think to Messi and CR7 in 2014/15.
-
Honestly I don't understand some of these line-ups nowadays
-
I just noticed this but isn't it strange how after virtually all our CL fixtures we get another title contender immediately after? Qarabag - Arsenal Atletico Madrid - Man City Roma - Chelsea Qarabag - Liverpool Now Barcelona - Man United and Man City This is an incredible "coincidence" and obviously a big disadvantage. They seriously wanted to give us as little a chance as possible of retaining that title. 2 in 3 years is enough.
-
Realistically speaking I give us like a 30% chance of winning the tie max. I'm expecting a lot of blind optimism posts akin to what I saw about our transfer window last summer. Unfortunately such posts have little to do with reality.
-
Not to be negative or anything but there's no way that's going to happen. Barcelona and Altetico are nothing alike. As I'm sure you know, Barcelona are great at dominating the ball.
-
Pep always does this strange things. Aguero should be on the pitch now to end the game
-
Watching Lukaku right now makes the criticism (albeit mild) of Morata look silly.
-
The good thing for Conte I guess is the priority is top 4 these days. Anything else is a bonus. The board can have no complaints whatsoever with a top 4 finish. We have no business fighting for the title this season. So what the board set forth was top 4 according to our netspend in the market. Our ambition these days is Arsenal-esque. Top 4 and try for a domestic cup. I'm already well prepared for that reality.
-
I just wish you express some consistency and come here when he plays well in games. That way we won't have to read your long-winded tripe since Eden brings it almost every game. We won't see you of course. As for me being an "asswipe" well you seem to be suffering an implosion there mate. I hope everything is well with you kiddo. But enough of this. I'm not going to give you anymore of that attention you ordered.
-
Pretty much
-
In hindsight starting a strong XI versus Atletico Madrid now looks like a terrible decision considering our inability to convert the amazing chances we had. Some players needed the rest. This season is fast crumbling before our eyes
-
Very interesting comments from Conte. He's so far lost to Burnley, Palace (the worst team in the league at that point) and West Ham. He really has no excuse and I know he likes making excuses
-
So he has one questionable game since return from an ankle break (Crystal Palace aside) and you come here trolling. As for the balon d'or you can shove it up your a*** for giving any credence to that laughable shitshow. You should be ashamed for posting that
-
There's something called setting the tone for the game. We wasted an entire 45 mins. We're just not good enough to make drastic adjustments in game when the coach doesn't get it right initially. That was partually true last season as well.
-
Conte should have gone 3-4-3 and started Pedro if Drinkwater was not available for selection considering Bakayoko being shot of confidence. Morata and Hazard needed more support up front as they got zero from the wingbacks and Fabregas. Pedro has been underutilized this season. I'll like to see 3-4-3 in the next game with a midfield pivot of Drinkwater and Kante, Moses back in the team and Pedro in a forward 3. West Ham were always going to play a certain way against us. Conte has to be smarter than this.
