Salah, after just 1 league start needs 2 more goals in the league to equalize Torres' goals tally for the entire season. You just can't make this stuff up.

Another beastly game from Matic. This guy has to be the most dynamic holding midfielder in world football. The way he burst from the left on the by-line and cut it back for Salah to score was just fantastic. Ok, Stoke were rubbish and offered little to no attacking threat but Matic has been quality in almost every game this season. From his MOTM performance in his debut against City to, Newcastle, Tottenham, Everton and Arsenal. He has become my favourite player already and is arguably our most important player alongside Hazard. He reminds me a lot of Redondo. Absolutely world class.

Jose keeps emphasizing how physically Oscar needs to improve. He does not have the upper body strength and leg muscles of a Hazard and he has a very slender frame. It's no surprise why he sometimes struggles against the physical PL teams, but he is sensational in Europe. No one can seriously doubt his talent. He is one of the best young talents in Europe. He needs to bulk up physically after the World Cup though. That's very important. Mata obviously had similar problems but it was less obvious with him, because he was able to create spaces for himself to operate in. Something Oscar is still learning to do.

Salah is the big one for me in this game. Slotted in efforlessly into the team and looks a quality player at this level. Still a bit raw with his touch, but his ability was never in doubt. Only 21, but a big future. Willian good, Matic a boss as usual. I hope Schurrle is ok. How predictable that it was that ugly thug, Charlie Adam who hurt him. We absolutely destroyed a shocking Stoke side who tried to play football with us (how odd, I was expecting their usual bullshit). Very pleased with that. Now the trick is to play like that away from home. The only negative is Torres. Again just a mediocre player. In our easiest PL game this season, he still was our worst player. He scored no goals and offered ZERO CF play as usual. With Eto'o seemingly injured and Mourinho not trusting Ba at all, I don't know what we will do against PSG. Cavani just scored for them in their match like all top strikers do. They had the luxury of resting some of their stars, but Cavani still did a job and scored.Torres just hinders us in every way imaginable.

That's bullshit. Since when did Oscar become a bad player? Besides Salah is cup-tied, so we are thin there. Oscar is still one of our best players.

Mourinho was quiet on that. The thing is if Eto'o is even fit, he has shown in the past that he needs some time to get back to full sharpness, even for minor injuries. It has a lot to do with age. Torres has another mediocre performance today in our easiest league match of the season, Ba is not trusted. We don't have any strikers for that game.

Salah has been SUPERB. Only Matic has been better. I'm really really impressed by how comfortable the guy looks on his debut.

The ref is doing a very poor job of officiating this match in terms of bookings. He needs to stop with this "English mentality". The safety of the players come first.
