We need to make a few chances to our starting eleven, as some of them looked off the pace on Saturday.

I don't know what to expect from Willian. He is too inconsistent IMO, and only starts matches because of his work rate. He has the tools to be much more effective on the attacking front, but he doesn't offer enough of an attacking threat.

When will that be?

Cesc Fabregas has registered more league assists (10) this season than any other Chelsea player managed over the last 2 seasons combined. That's what we have been missing.

I think his departure is inevitable. I just hope it's to a team outside of the Prem.
