I get what you are saying, but he needs to have that "team mentality" ingrained in him, and that certainly ain't the case ATM. Only players that deliver more often than not (Messi, CR7, Ibra, etc), can have that thought process.

He can be at times, but most strikers are like that. He ain't as bad Schurrle, though.
