Next season IIRC. Their income won't change much and could possibly exceed what they currently earn. It will just create parity and hopefully prevent smaller teams from going bankrupt. I'm just aware of the things that are reported. At the end of the day, the expansion will inevitably affected them one way or another.

They wouldn't push any of the three out, but their team needs strengthening all over IMO. Some cuts are going to have to be made to do that. The La Liga monopoly can only take them so far.

Just seems probable to me. He was supposedly the best paid at Barca until a year ago and that might be an added motive. I just can't see Barca keeping that front three for much longer

Neither tournament is necessarily major (Centenario is just a way to make some extra money and the Olympics is essentially an Under 21 comp). I guess the fact the latter is in Brazil and they are yet to win it adds some importance, but he's been on a decline since Mou left IMO.Not sure what's gone on since then. I think everyone is giving him a pass to an extent, but there is a question to be answered.

I'm not a Liverpool fan or know every inch of his career path to date, so the headlines are what I'm mainly going by. Smoking, drugs and drinking aren't good choices for most people IMO, let alone footballers. More time improving his game and less time party will alter that perception. Either way, Pep won't be having none of those antics.

That might be the case, but such actions portrait that attitude IMO. The price tag has very little to do with his ability as of now. It's based on him being HG and potential. You need to have the right attitude on and off the pitch to fully harness that said potential. We'll see how his career goes in the next years.

I'm not sure how Sterling could ever be so highly thought of. I think he has a much bigger job on his hands than most think.

Just selected the common ones to go (Cahill, Iva, Mikel, Oscar, etc) I personally would get rid of Hazard and Thibo if the price is right. There is no doubting their ability, but we need players who are up for the cause. That's exactly what Conte will be demanding of his players. Enough loan deals (IN and OUT). Give youngsters a chance to prove themselves or sell them for the good of both parties.
