I was just going off a picture of him in a City shirt when he was younger, but that's clearly in the past going by what you've said. I'd be very surprised if that played any part & more so to do with him/Dortmund having their hearts set on something else.

Seems like everything is in motion - Lukaku coming back & Tammy off to Atalanta. Not sure which one is more surprising.
