  1. It looks like a stroke of genius to leave Badiashile in the stands 🙄
  2. Pedro still hasn't lost that killer instinct. He's exactly the type of we winger we've been crying out for.
  3. It was just a straight-forward answer about another below-par performance. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. James comes to mind. Aside from them, the term "great" player is generally a reference to those that possess some talent, aka Felix, Havertz, etc.
  4. Most of his friends and family are Chelsea fans, Drogba is his idol, and he's stated that joining us would be one of his dreams. If we really want him, I'm sure he wouldn't think twice about joining. A year without CL football (if it comes to that) didn't deterred CL winners from joining United in their current state.
  5. The majority of squad were bought specifically for that reason, so it shouldn't be surprising.
  6. They have a WC keeper (on his day) and arguably the best player in the league. Form is temporary....
  7. Liverpool aren't exactly hitting the ground running. See them against Madrid? I'm not sure. It's probably a midweek game, which is when we're scheduled to face Brentford and Liverpool. Brentford will be a different proposition without Toney.
  8. No idea. I just realised Brighton have 3 games in hand over Tottenham, so the gap could be bigger.
  9. We have a game in hand over Tottenham; win that, and we're 8 points off fourth. I know it's extremely unlikely considering everything, but anything can happen in football.
  10. For what it's worth, Tottenham and Newcastle have lost. I have a feeling United will do so tomorrow as well.
  11. A win! I thought it was written in the stars for Meslier to equaliser with the last touch. I hold my breath. He's absolutely lost most of the time.
  12. Now, that's a joke. This isn't Brighton!
  13. Zakaria makes senses, but Gallagher shouldn't be higher on the list than Mudryk. I'm starting to wonder when this chance will come for him.
  14. As things stand, I'd lean towards no, but a lot depends on our outgoings. If we don't sign Felix permanently and Ziyech moves on, signing him would be high on the list. However, a CF is a must, no matter what.
  15. I hope that's the case. We need something to build on ahead of Tuesday night.
  16. Three man midfield without an ounce of defensive IQ. 🥲 I can honestly see a repeat of the away fixture regardless of the form Leeds are in.
  17. A creative one. If Ziyech goes, we won't have one in our squad, so this move would make sense.
  18. Tell me what titles Enrique won with the best front three to grace modern day football. I'll wait... If we're only talking about managers currently available, I personally would have gone after Tuchel again had both parties not burned those bridges. Look at Enrique's time at Roma, not when he was managing the best front three in recent memory. Flick has ONE club managerial job to his name in 16 years and he's deemed fit for the job. 🤣
  19. What has either of them done to warrant the job? I hope we don't go after either of them.
  20. Quoting from another thread with regards to Mudryk -
  21. That's the risk those making the decision were willing to take. Someone's mindset is going to magically change, especially in Potter's case considering the jobs that have preceded him.
  22. Potter has already stated publicly that he isn't vocal, so we shouldn't be surprised by his demeanour during each game. We need a squad that will fight for every ball on any given day; they're playing for the badge before anything else.
  23. It has to be irradiated, or this cycle will continue to happen every time they've had "enough."
  24. Leeds and Zagreb away? They can't pick and choose which games they want to turn up for.
