The one thing that DOES make my blood boil, is the fact that Barnes should have had a yellow on THREE occasions in this game, Matic gets sent off for Retaliation (rightly so), and it's Barnes who gets their equaliser! I'VE GIVEN UP VALUABLE GAMING TIME FOR THIS!?!
-
But Term X has a point, Matic shouldn't have retaliated after being fouled, and that's how he got given his marching orders! Won't play against Spurs either!
-
Dropping points against easy opponents at home.. I don't even...
-
1-1 So fucking done... .. concede from another set-piece! Fucking hell...
-
This is going to be a long, last 10 minutes...
-
I agree.. yeah Matic was hacked down, but there really was no need for him to retaliate! because of that we've lost him for the Cup final against Tottenham!
-
Matic sent off... What the FUCK was he doing???
-
FFS OSCAR!!!
-
Passing has been very sloppy in the final 3rd! That's nothing new! Ivanovic has been fizzing the crosses in nicely, Costa is just struggling to get on the end of them!
-
Can those who are complaining about our passing/display please STOP complaining ... have we kinda forgotten that we're 1-0 to the good? What matters, is that if we win, we go 10 points clear, and it's up to City to chase us! Enough said!
-
Expecting nothing less than a comfortable win. Danny Ings might want to prove why he is indeed an upcoming prodigy, but I'd like to see us maintain or even extend the gap in points. 3-1 win. City are up against a side who have already beaten them in the League Cup at the Etihad this season, so I wouldn't class their opponents as anyone to make up the numbers. Though back then, Newcastle had Alan Pardew, they don't now. We'll see!

Thought I'd start up a thread surrounding this fella. Apparently he's an integral part of Bournemouth's success in the Championship, and we're looking to spend £15 million for him, supposedly. Nothing more than a bench warmer in my opinion, but it's nice to see we're finally trying to sign English players. http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/425697/Jose-Mourinho-shake-up-Chelsea-attack-shock-move-Bournemouth-Wilson

I'm gunna stick my neck out... Zouma >> Desailly + Gallas
-
Matic, Willian, Cech and Zouma -- all beasts! Cuadrado was good to watch as well! Not the best of performances however, Everton just came and defended (except for the Lukaku chance). 3 points is 3 points, 7 point gap kept, I'm happy.
-
Harry Redknapp at Villa not a bad call IMO. He knows how to help a struggling team survive!
-
Didn't look at all like the dominant team we've been throughout most of the season but we got the win and the 3 points. Thank heavens for Willian (and Cech)!
-
Luis should have played in the last few games to be fair. Azpi's form recently hasn't been up to scratch at all, and has been easily beaten for pace. Plus Luis offers us more threat going forward.
-
We play well and we're losing = moan and leave don't forget that one!
-
Zouma has looked rather solid as well. Kept Lukaku at bay so far!
-
It's not the fact that Remy is up front and won't be able to deliver from crosses, it's the fact that all we seem to be doing is playing it low across the goal. Everton have about 3 defenders watching that ball all the time, and they just easily clear it!
-
Everton are in luxury at the moment with these low crosses they're swallowing up, it's quite pathetic really.. Cuadrado looks different class however!
-
I think this is a chance for Willian to prove to us why he needs to play more in the middle, instead of on the right. Then Cuadrado can make the RM position his own. We saw some promising glimpses of his capability against Villa. If Oscar plays in this game next week I will commit suicide!
-
Nervous but a BIG win... City dropped big points at home, just a pity it wasn't all 3
-
Fuck you Milner... bit-part England player!!
-
City lose 0-1 at home to Hull! .. seems far to late to be smelling an 8-point gap! EDIT: oh wait a minute!
