  1. This is a very tough game for us. I'm actually hoping we can sign Luiz tomorrow so we can include him in the match, but that's not very likely unfortunately
  2. I would have to choot myself if Man City signed Luiz at the last minute, and anyway, it isn't exactly like they need him. I think they're too busy trying to tempt Dani Alves to join them at the moment...
  3. You can tell he's Chelsea matierial! He can't take penalties
  4. Benfica are just being a bunch of wankers. Any club is when they know we're interested in one of their players. Fucks sake we never had this problem with signing Ramires, so what's the problem here??? A difference of £1 million... do me a fucking favour! If Peter Kenyon was still in charge, he would have sorted this deal with no problems, Ron Gourlay is just a dodgy cunt who knows nothing about business.
  5. What would be the point in that?? Benfica wouldn't be able to sell the player anyway because he wouldn't be able to pass a medical if he's injured.
  6. Oh well, nice to have read all the rumors. Too good to be true I say... Simon Kjær anyone??
  7. Well, if Aguero were to come here (highly unlikely due to the fact that it isn't the summer) He would have replaced Drogba easily in my opinion. Also, he could have been our Zola-esque player, he's that sort of player who likes to dink in a ball, or even score himself. That's what I really like about him, and that's a type of player we've never had at this club since Zola.
  8. Robinho, Aguero, fucking Fernando Torres. We've never signed these players because their clubs demand too much and we just get told to jog on. psssh!
  9. Why the fuck is it always us who gets the problems with signing someone. You never get this shit with Man City, they just wave the cash and they come running!! I bet you they sign Dani Alves with no hiccups at all. That's how fucked up the transfer market is nowadays. Sign David Luiz or sign no-one, it's entirely up to you!! FUCKS SAKE!!
  10. Definitely agree. Of course, this is a good Fulham side he's moving to, so he should get a lot of chances there and gain a lot of experience.
  11. Both of those seem reasonable I suppose. Although I really hope the second point you suggested is the one that's true
  12. Kakuta won't be like Di Santo, because Kakuta plays so much better than Di Santo.
  13. Why is Luiz even playing anyway?? That's what I would like to know
  14. Great news! I reckon he will get lots of experience playing at Fulham, let's all hope he gets a goal at Anfield
  15. As I said before, Rajkovic would have been the better player to offer them, but I suppose they would want someone better than him right??
  16. We did have alternatives. Cahill, Kjær, and even Lescott. All were denied though by either the club or their agents, but I suspect we would have gone for any one of those players if we weren't able to sign David Luiz.
  17. Either that, or the Press lies, there's a difference!
  18. Let me just say... If Ancelotti is saying that David Luiz is our only signing, and Chelsea are trying to make a bid for Aguero and Godin, then clearly, Ancelotti is not making the decisions on who we are and aren't signing.
  19. That's what I love about Brano! Determined, puts his body on the line to help the team, that's being committed to a football club, and that's what boosts your reputation as a player. It's no wonder fans are happy about him signing a new deal with us.
  20. Despite our bad form, Brano has been one player who has worked hard and done well whenever he's started, so I would say they were about the same.
