  1. That was great result. It was some game. I was surprised at Arsenal having the flares despite all that trouble in CL, and there was alot of bad tackles which I think the ref let go. They should have got a red for either the penalty incident or the later tackle on Cesc. I was very happy with the defence and possession and Wow Costa's goal was amazing. What was going on with Wenger? Pushing Jose that was totally unnecessary and I've seen Jose do far less and get sent to the stand etc. Hmm we just need to continue this great momentum.
  2. Just our luck that Wellbeck suddenly finds some form as we are about to play Arsenal. We need to be slightly stronger at the back than we have been.
  3. was there a video of the press conference with jose and willian for CL
  4. I have to admit I always like him despite being a gooner and I am so impressed by how well he has fitted into the team. I think he strangely plays as if he cares about the team a lot already. Maybe he's a good actor and it's just another job but I feel a sense of real care and putting a lot of effort into his play. Glad he's a blue now.
  5. Diego is brilliant if we had, had him last season we would have walked the league
  6. Aww thought that was three, how did he get that, damn!!!
  7. The telegraphs text commentary of Utd game http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/premier-league/11120802/Manchester-United-v-West-Ham-Premier-League-live.html "...5mins GOAL! Rooney times his run perfectly to meet Rooney, with the lightest of touches...." Do they have two Rooneys now?? Lol
  8. Great goal by Oscar That wasn't nice collision hope Ivan is ok : "...Chelsea have never lost a game when Oscar has scored..." Villa if you want we can all just go now Terry made his Chelsea debut on 28 October 1998 as a late substitute in a League Cup tie with Aston Villa. What a captain !!!
  9. Good point for Liverpool especially getting it so late. Well done them.
  10. It was a good point which I didn't expect before the game. But considering how well we did end up playing and had only a few minutes to go to have the victory I am sorry I stick with the ridiculous singing for Lamps put everyone off and he scored costing us the game. I just hope that doesn't happen when we play them at the bridge as he'd probably go and score a ***** hat trick, lol It's really hard to asses we beat City, Liverpool, Utd and Arsenal last season but it was the smaller teams that cost us the league, particularly Villa we need to make sure we finish the games against the smaller side.
  11. I think we need a good result to build confidence ahead of CL game. It's great we have been scoring but we need to try sort the defence I don't know what's going on, a nice clean sheet would be good. I read this thing saying it was because Cech was in goal and now we have TB but I don't think that's got a lot to do with it :/
  12. I think everton are giving it a good go, really would prefer Everton to win
  13. This is all getting pretty silly, who's a better fan nonsense, all this repetition on some people here are very upset with Frank some are not. These things can now not be changed before this gets more silly I really wouldn't mind if this got locked again. We have all said our peace on the subject and if locked maybe we can all stop squabbling amongst ourselves, move on with other threads and topics and maybe talk about players who actually play for us and our own upcoming games. I'll be at home watching, god what a lesser fan I am lol
  14. EXACTLY, it's just nonsense. We all love the club, yes we might not be able to afford to go the games but we still genuinely love and support the team and club. It's funny this guy has only been a member like a month and he's slagging everyone who doesn't go the games.
  15. Frank says some funny things, he said on extending his City move And Lampard said: “I'll just train as hard as I can and play as well as I can - that’s the important thing – then we'll see what happens. I'm signed here until January so that's all I can say at the minute.” Lampard surpised many by opting to play for another Premier League club and a title-rival to former club Chelsea after a long and illustrious career at Stamford Bridge. But the former England international said: “It's been an easy transition. I feel good and I'm really enjoying it here. "It's very different to Chelsea. I was there such a long time that you just go on auto-pilot in the end. You drive in every day, you know everybody behind the scenes. “But the lads are great, the people behind the scenes have welcomed me; the staff, the manager, Brian Kidd. I didn't have to make this decision but it's good to test yourself in life.” I'm sorry Frank you were slumming it on autopilot here at Chelsea, this wee small club as Manuel said, now you can really challenge yourself at a really BIG club, City, what a joke, lol
  16. So the other millions of Chelsea fans around the world should just give up supporting the club because the team 'can't hear' us that would really cut our support down, how much does SB hold about 50k, I mean 'real' fans that can be heard, lol what nonsense.
  17. Haha that's funny, I love Diego, he has fitted in great and scored some wonderful goals already but he must stay fit and it slightly worries me when he doesn't play like in Bolton game, we are struggling to convert chances and kill games with goals
  18. He is going to have to serious rotate the squad. I would say league is more important although I would love any trophy. I would hope we have enough players to fully stock both games, beat Utd and progress in the Cup,
  19. That must be how this fandom works nowadays unless you spend money you maybe don't have on going to every game even if you live hundreds of miles away and upset relatives you are somehow not a 'real fan', some funny stuff on this forum recently.Maybe if I give ol' JT a wee phone before every game to let him know I am with him all the way from Scotland I could be deemed a fan??
  20. ballackstothat, I'm sorry that is not even worth quoting. As i said someone who can't go the games in my opinion is no less a fan, it's pathetic to say so there are Chelsea fans all over the world. I know someone in America who gets up early to watch the games when they are on live never misses them, is a great supporter for decades just because she obviously can't get to the games doesn't mean she isn't sitting in the stands. Congrats you have the money and time to follow the team, if I could I would but I can't, doesn't make me any less of a fan than you, insulting people who can't get there or afford it is pretty sad and rude. We all have different views on the Frank situation which is fine, but mine is Frank made a ***** move. Bit don't start slagging off other fans totally uncalled for just because we can't go to games.
  21. I hate this armchair supporter **** so what many people don't live near the bridge or can afford to go to many games if ever. Doesn't make them them any less of a supporter. What *** We still watch all the games, support the team, buy the merchandise, we all share the same high and lows. When people say it really makes me sick. How many times do people have to repeat FRANK WAS OFFERED A NEW DEAL!!!! Yes it was less money like Terry's but Frank chose to go and to City FFS!! I can't be bothered to quote the person that said the players of City are family oriented and loyal to their club, hahahah so Yaya threatening to leave because he wasn't given a Bugatti for his birthday, yes they are not money grabbing egomaniacs at City, lol
