  1. Yeah it's something only Jose knows. If he's fully fully fit and can play 60 minutes then start in 3 days time, I think he plays. If not, I'll be happy for Drogba to play and maybe give Costa 25 mins...
  2. Thought Costa looked a bit rusty at the weekend, and if he's fully fit then 60 mins here could do him good.
  3. Cech Azpi Zouma Terry Luis Cesc Ramires Schurrle Willian Hazard Costa
  4. Interesting article in the Guardian about him. http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2014/nov/04/nemanja-matic-chelsea-serbia
  5. Yes, I don't think Oscar will be going anywhere for a long time. He's central to how the team play. Even if he's overshadowed in terms of assists by Fabregas (who takes corners/freekicks don't forget...), he does a lot more tackling and tracking than people give him credit for, and is instrumental in a lot of our build-up play.
  6. I think Oscar has been excellent this season to be honest. The perfect foil to Matic-Fabregas, full of running, effort and with decent end product. Not many assists etc, but very often setting up moves in the first place. He is playing deeper this season, and I thinbk he's evolving into a phenomenal player.
  7. He didn't say constructive he said levelled and fair. There's a big difference. Both were awful last night. Levelled and fair. Not constructive and not claiming to be.
  8. Really didn't expect DD to play lasy night. Was delighted that he did though because if Diego was not going to be ready for this one, DD would have been rested. Great news, lets spank them.....!

  10. Well I agree to a point, I don't think they deserve NO credit. But not that much. And you can't suggest he 'saved' it.
  11. Not really no. Although he DID actually save the schweini one so he deserves great credit for that. Fair enough if you want to give him 'credit' when someone hits the post. But you can't say he 'saved' it.
  12. Well to be honest I don't think we need much. The only position that could potentially be improved upon with anyone on that list is on the right wing with Sterling or Reus. The realistic options from the rest would not be improvements on what is in our 1st 11. By realistic I mean I have excluded Pogba, Gotze, Varane who will not be for sale basically...
  13. Rami, Mikel and Schurrle out... e/ sorry should have read on before posting...
  14. He has been really awful recently. Against Barça PSG were good but he was really off the pace and it showed. Ditto against Monaco. Reminds me of Torres, no first touch, just getting the ball and running with it into a brick wall, trying to hard. All that stems from a complete lack of confidence.
  15. Nice, except if i was to be pedantic, there should be a line from 'bring on Fab' to 'Does he have the ball', not straight to give him the ball...
  16. Great great performance! Total control. Absolutely loved Costa's finish, but is there anything sexier than a Hazard penalty?? Pure nonchalance.
  17. Can you repeat that I didn't quite catch it....
  18. This sort of comment has no place here. Sickening.
  19. My prediction is either 5-0 or 2-2 depending on who scores first....
  20. Fair enough, but you need to learn left from right in that case...
  21. Is this loan with option to buy? Or just loan? Hopefully the former. On another note, think this'll be good for MVG if he is a starter and gets a season of game time under his belt.
  22. Lampard is a Chelsea legend and for me this doesn't change things one jot. I don't understand the vitriol and the suggestion that this move ruins his legacy is frankly disappointing, we are better than such petty bullsh*t.
