For a Chelsea fan you seem to be rarely positive about our chances in games.... not a chance we will lose 4-1, PSG are VERY average this season. Yes they have Zlatan but not many other players are on form. Lucas is very hit and miss, Cavani is v poor, even Matuidi has lost a step on his form last season. They have gone backwards since last season while we are much better than we were.

Cech, Matic, Zouma, Willian were all immense. Hazard was as good as usual, just missing the end product. I really like Willian as a #10, his ability to break at pace with the ball right through the middle when we counter is impressive. When he's on the wing he seems to stop too much and then can't get going to go past someone again. Hazard can go past people at ease from a standing start, Willian can't and is much more effective in the middle.

Never a headbutt, let alone a bite. Watch him get banned though...

Just to interject in your little love-in guys, as far as I know Mourinho would have been very happy to have Lukaku as a back-up and it was the player who didn't want that role and so wanted to leave. I disagree that Remy is 3rd choice. I would be VERY surprised if he didn't start against Everton. Drogbas last few performances should make sure he is 3rd choice. I don't see the problem with making Bamford 3rd choice (Behind Diego and Remy) and seeing how it goes next season.

A good 3 points, especially since citeh dropped 2. Really disappointed to see Remy on the bench. The guy scored whenever he gets a chance, then gets dropped for an awful Drogba (who remains a legend don't get me wrong...). Also, I have been a strong defender of Oscar but he was awful today. Very poor passing, almost nothing offensively and ghosted past for their goal as if he wsnt' there. Would rather have seen Remy and Zouma than Cahill and Drogs, and that's nothing to do with being half French...

I think we should pick up the following: New GK when Cech leaves. Probably will have to be an experienced guy as he'll have no chance of displacing Courtois. A CB - Varane please! At least 1 CM but ideally 2, one as an understudy to Matic (unless MVG or Romeu cut it...) and one creative player to cover Cesc. A back-up striker IF DD retires... That's about it!
