  1. This forum is hilarious. Bad game: WORST PLAYER EVER!!! Good game: HOLY SHIT WHY DID WE SELL!!!?
  2. Well, it's fine if you want to believe of course, but there has been no indication whatsoever that he's leaving Barca anytime soon, and why should he?
  3. Messi is never going anywhere else before he reaches Xavi age. It will be either Qatar or the States after that. ;-)
  4. Well, hopefully he'll learn how to defend properly, otherwise it'll be the bench for him.
  5. They should have taken the Courtois route with KDB. Give him to a good to very good team for 2-3 years and then haul him through the big gate. Courtois won so much gold with Atletico I think he almost felt sad he had to leave, but he still came (and he has an even bigger winning mentality and stronger character than KDB. (Courtois is still closer to world class on his position than Kevin, being the second best in the world). I really don't understand why he insisted on KDB coming back after just one year, just to barely use him later. if he had played out on loan in Germany for 3 consecutive years, he'd be walking in the team right now. Mourinho or not...
  6. To be honest, he's really the only one of the recent Chelsea sales doing poorly at the moment. Still strange though, because after the world cup, I believed he'd be one of the leading players here for years (well, until Bayern would eventually snatch him of course).
  7. People in Belgium were doubting him when he moved to the premier league as well. Then he started bossing the league around in his first game for Chelsea (if I remember correctly). He wouldn't be a fixed starter at Real, but he'd get ample playing time. The question is also: how long will Cristiano still be at Madrid? He's going to be 31 next year and he hasn't always been very friendly with the board. Barca's team is quite young, but then again, guys like Iniesta aren't. Wouldn't be too bad on his position I think. Also, Barca and Real like signing prestige players. He's probably almost on top of that list right now. Still don't really think he'll be leaving though, but he might if Chelsea ends up without European football next year. You never know...
  8. Could really have gone both ways, but still, kind of proud of Anderlecht. If you compare the budgets of both teams it should have been 0-4 for Tottenham. But that's the case for most of our European games...
  9. He was injured, but was fit for the international break. Played 60 minutes against Israel, and that apparently infuriated Pelegrini.
  10. Pelegrini used his captain Kompany as a 93rd minute substitute for De Bruyne. Explicit public humiliation. I wonder how long he'll keep him on the bench for playing the Euro Qualifier. If Mourinho is looking for a decent defender, who knows. ;-)
  11. So he didn't want to criticize that poor referee? His English just wasn't good enough to say what he really meant? Clown.
  12. Well, I could have put it a little dryer, but I feel this need to entertain. ;-)
  13. I know, the guy seems completely delusional this season. He's not making the changes where needed and he still thinks the equator runs through his crack. If he keeps it up like this, they'll soon start calling him the "special" one, like parents sometimes call their mentally challenged children "special".
  14. "might" But you're right. Eden is not the guy to go complaining in the media or to get angry in public. He'll just quietly think go fuck yourself and plan his next move.
  15. I wouldn't state it like the guy above. I would just say I think Mourinho is on an arrogant path of self destruction that might severely affect this club for several years to come. He's alienating his best player by far (again btw, bench him for too long and he's gone. There will be more takers for Hazard than for Mata) and he's only thinking of defending while his defense is leaking like never before. He's not able to dominate a single game while he has all the player assets needed to do so against most teams. He needs to GTFO; he's become either incompetent or insane.
  16. Has this guy, even once in his long career as a manager, put any blame at all on himself? I'm honestly wondering about it. He was playing arguably the worst team in the league and he's talking about defensive responsibilities. What's he going to do against Real? He became a cartoon character in about two months. Said it before.
  17. Funny that Hazard gets sacrificed for not defending as a winger, but Fabregas gets nothing of the sort as a central midfielder and he's been arguably much worse. Sometimes I really don't get Mourinho. I don't think the majority of conceded goals were Eden's fault. Correct me if I'm wrong.
  18. Thanks dude, apparently we'll be first on the ranking next month. Sadly because we won against your country, but at least you guys came to Brussels actually willing to play ball.
  19. Ruben has had 3 games PL games last season and one now. One cup game and 2 European ones. I don't know whether any of them were starts. Well, at least he's starting today. Good for him!
  20. I think it would force him to start bulking up. But it's quite obvious he wants to leave.
  21. Wouldn't he be in the same position he is in Spain now? We need a complete striker with his instinct for goals but with better technique (and attitude). Can't really think of who I would prefer if I could pick anyone. I think for example Luc Nilis is watching every game from our current national team on television thinking: 'goddamn, if I had these guys to play with in stead of the donkeys I got in the mid-nineties, I would have made 40 goals.'
  22. Dunno, why don't we - don't get scared now - TRY IT AND FIND OUT!? Can the dude get 10 fucking minutes? How unready can he be. The entire team has been shit for two months. Can he be worse than Fabregas?
