Ashley Cole was a little shocked when team-mate Andre Schurrle called up to ask him a question on a live fans' phone in - and mocked the left back for the infamous white suit he once wore for an advert!The England defender was taking part in a rare interview with Chelsea TV when 'Andre from London' called the show the star a question. Asked whether he had a question for Ashley by Chelsea TV presenter Gigi Salmon, Andre said: 'I saw a picture on the internet with a white suit and he had like the hand with the gun and I wanted to know if he has that white suit in his closet now?' With a look of bemusement on his face, Cole quickly realised it was one of his team-mates on the line and began to smile and laugh.The 32-year-old replied with a grin: 'I know what he's talking about. He's basically talking about some lottery thing I done' Back in 2006, Cole and his now ex-wife Cheryl, posed for a National Lotterty advert, dressed all in white, shortly before their July wedding. Asked if he knew the person who had posed the question, Cole joked, 'Andre Shirley.'Cole was quick to get his revenge on Schurrle's mickey-taking and said, 'He's only saying this because I've got a picture of him with a hairdryer that he uses everyday.' Still laughing, Schurrle said of Cole's suit: ' I love it, I love it. Chelsea are set to beat Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund to the signature of German U-17 international Julian Brandt, reports The Daily Star. Brandt, 17, who currently plays for German side Wolfsburg in the Bundsliga, has recently rejected a new long term contract extension to stay at the Volkswagen Arena, but has decided to honour his current contract which expires at the end of this season, where he will then be a free agent. “Julian Brandt has turned down the offer to sign a new contract with VfL Wolfsburg,” a Wolfsburg spokesperson told Deutsche Presseagentur. “As he is out of contract at the end of the campaign, Julian Brandt will therefore depart from VfL Wolfsburg.” If Mourinho were to sign the young striker, Brandt will be the fifth German to represent The Blues after, Robert Huth, Michael Ballack, Marko Marin and André Schürrle.
