The only reason I would give for us signing Rodwell would be to increase the number of homegrown players in the squad. But we'll probably be adding the likes of Bruma and van Aanholt (assuming he doesn't go to Sheffield United on loan) so in this case, we don't need him. We have plenty of midfield options anyway I reckon.

Haha I've watched enough England u21 games and seen him for Everton to know he's a future England star! If we can sign him, the centre of our midfield is sorted for the next 15+ years. He and Josh already know each other and Sturridge too. In fact throw in Bertrand there
