He was taken into custody and later named as Deyan Valentinov D, a homeless man who had carried out previous random attacks on strangers and who was released from a mental hospital in February.

How many times have we read lines like that in other cases. Destroys my faith in rehabilitation.

Couldn't agree more. A failure of the system.. They think they'll put someone in a hospital, and release him with no support whatsoever and he'll be happy as day. Officials should be held accountable!

And afters will turn around and say 'we shouldnt have released them'...bit late then!!!!
