Lampards Bitch 21
Thats pretty low. Can I ask if there is a Union at work ? If you feel theres a case of constructive dismissal going on you really need Union or legal advice straight away. They might be compiling a case against you, and will use the photos of you 'sitting down on the job'. as a case for getting rid. You have to watch the fuckers. Was off for 6 months last year because of wanky bosses, made formal complaint, really dragged on, but won in th end, and boss was made 'redundant' on Christmas eve.Well.........my area manager was sacked today!! I am still keeping my wits about me though. I have loads of emails and texts on my phone and a diary of things that have been happening in the last 4-5 months. Its like they dont want to pay me maternity leave..........well they wont be techincally because I dont get a company enhanced one as I havent been here for 2 years. MikeCFC 45
Your just a piece of meat to them carra, employers hate it when their workers fall pregnant but its ok when their wives fall pregnant and they happen to work for the same company.Alot of company's are reluctant to pay maternity leave or paternity leave(to the male worker),as much as sick pay,as managers and the hirearchy are more concerned about achieving targets and cutting down on staff wages, and in this current, financial climate,it's getting more and more common with managers imposing uncomfortable working conditions, such as change in working hours and reducing breaks as they see this as a means of "increasing productivity".Some reputable institutions such as Royal Mail,Tesco etc have scrapped their pension funds to new employees as they can't afford to run it,yet these company's make millions in profits each year, with the fat cats getting their bonuses and the real workers getting fuck all.It always has been, and always will be a "them and us" mentality. It's enough to make your blood boil! Badboy 1,526
Exactly Mike, they all have the productivity mind set consistently, they seem to forget that their employees are human as well.
