Is their any way to quit that team and concentrate on the TC one?

Go into team settings -> Look on the right in red "resign from team"

Sponsor activity. Gets you 1 million every round of games. Go to your team page and in the last drop down menu on the right below Mailbox you'll find it. Just have to click a couple of times and boom, you have your money.
