Favorite young midfielder (non Chelsea)

We have a great midfield especially in the making. Like Mikel, Ramires, Matic and Kakuta. Just interested to see who impresses you that is not a Chelsea player. I'm obviously just asking opinions and on young players cause players like Lampard, Gerrard, Giggs, Gerrard, Scholes etc are all established and at some point they will be replaced ofcourse lol. For me it's Darron Gibson. Hate United but love this player. He first caught my eye when he played against Derby in the Carling Cup. Would definiately bring him to Chelsea lol.

Agreed that his start to the season has been poor, but when he was at Boro and later at Wigan, I thought he was a great player that with some decent man management, could become very very good. He plays with passion, commitment and can dictate a midfield on his day.

Buy, yeah, very bad start to the season, silly fouls and so on, but he will come good I think, thats my opinion anyway.

Yes, Adam Johnson is proving to be a player with alot of potential, as is Bale.
