I'm an excellent cook though I'm not that great with Arabian food.

There isn't really something called "Arabic food" because the cuisine differs completely from one area to another. The two things you mentioned are both made in Lebanon, Syria and Palestine..

it's because on western countries or at least Brazil we have restaurants serving arabic food and it includes all sort of stuff
