It takes practice but the biggest thing is to remain calm and know your instructor won't let anything happen to you! I taught swimming for years and the more trust you have in your instructor the easier it is for both of you. I am so proud of you and I am sending you all kinds of good thoughts and vibes!! Yesterday was the last class but I signed up for the 2nd leg of the beginner class.
