Fun fact: There is no actual mountain called Mount Lebanon. That's just an ancient name for the geographical area that encompasses most of Lebanon including most of the coast line. There are two series of mountains, cleverly named the "Western Series of Mountains" and the "Eastern Series of Mountains". The highest peak in Lebanon is in the western series and is called "The Black Peak". I'm guess "The Highest Peak" was taken when they named it... This is just my experiences but I work in customer service so I get to experience a lot of entitlement on a day-to-day basis. About a week ago I was very, very busy. Not enough employees on the floor to meet demand. Personally I was taking orders and filling them at the same time, doing a lot of multi-tasking. I finished one order and handed a woman whatever item she bought, now the majority of people don't want a receipt and most of the time I don't bother asking; especially when I'm very busy. This woman took exception to that and screamed at me. She said not only myself but everyone else's service was terrible and then proceeded to threaten me by calling the manager.
