Good news. We will need him to keep Gerrard and Aquilani in check.

Malouda was having a fantastic game in centre midfield and i would love to see him in that position again. He brings pace, power, hard work and skill to go past a man. He also showed good vision by bringing in long balls (like the ball too Drogba that led to the first goal).

Would love to see this line-up

------------------------------------Cech-----------------------------------

Ivanovic---------------Alex------------------Terry-----------------Cole

-------------Lamps-------------Mikel/Ballack----------------Malouda-----------

Cole/Kalou--------------------------Drogba----------------------------Zhirkov

Some interesting team selections for the Liverpool game. Liverpool is a completely different prospect to Stoke, i would bring Mikel back for sure and i don't think i would start Kalou either. But there are many choices for Carlo to make and they are good choices too because we have a good selection of players to choose from.

Fuck sake leave Mikel out even if he's fit he's fucking shit, hope he's not fit til the world cup. Leave Ballack there, he's brilliant as a holding midfielder imo, he did it for Germany last would cup flawlessly and can do it for us too. We don't need a defensive midfielder anyway. A steady one yes, but not someone as hopeless and offensively challenged as Mikel. Our defence is at full strength, trust it and leave Mikel we'll away from it, it's a must win game, not a must defend for the draw shit game.

Yesterday was a magnificent performance, leave the team the fuck alone!

Ballack will have masive problems v liverpool, mikel has a better engine and he keeps the ball for the team better than anyone in our squad. Ballack will be overrun like scholes was this season at anfield.

I agree with you that Ballack was great against Stoke. But dont forget that Stoke hardly attacked. I wouldnt complain if he would start but i dont know, i trust Ancelotti will make right choice (like he did against the rest of 'the top 4'.
