I feel sorry for Carlo...

Some people cried in pain that he used a diamond instead of the precious 4-3-3, he changes his formation to 4-3-3.

Some fans cried in pain when the centre back pairing of JT and Riccy was wrong and should be JT and Alex (even though Alex was injured), he makes JT and Alex the centre back paring.

Some fans then complained that Carlo was not changing the formation when we were struggling, Carlo today decides to put Deco on to create a diamond to get a win, it was seeming to work as we racked up the pressure again.

When the team starts getting great back to back wins and results, the players take all the credit, when we go through a poor spell and lack in confidence, Carlo takes the fall.

When it seems that we won't win the league because of an aging squad who none of the players were bought by Carlo, people want him sacked, not allowing to build his own squad and start self-harming and begging at Mourinho to come back, ensuring that his ghost always haunts Chelsea and prevents us backing any manager, due to plastic Chelsea fans wanting instant success, not aware that continuously sacking managers prevents us from winning anything.

The manager has to take some blame. He doesn't seem very adept at making substitutions to change games. I appreciate our squad is depleted through injury but how can you leave Joe Cole and Sturridge on the bench on a day like today, where pace and trickery were VITAL against a physical side like Rovers?

I don't..

He came here, inherited one of the best teams in Europe, managed to ruin our unbeatable record at the Bridge and in the CL,got us out of it in the round of 16,made us sweat every single time we play an away game, and handed the worst Manchester United team of the last 20 years the league.

PS:I know I sound like a :censored: today I can't help it.

The squad, and the game today aside; Ancellotti has a big reputation but not when it comes to league football. So i'm not really optimistic about his league chances. In Italy he only won the title once in freaking eight years. You can say what you want about how good Inter has been, that just isn't good enough for a team lik Milan. Ofcourse, not te mention his two CL victories. Well, i am also pretty cynical about that (and that's not because we are already out of it). Winning the CL is way less structural and more luck/form-based that winning the league (look at Benitez and Liverpool, also won it twice, but where are they again in the league atm? Oh yes! So it wasnt because of their structural improvement).

With that said, i also would like to mention that he should get an honest chance. The PL is very different from the Serie A, he didnt get a chance to build his own squad, and for fucks sake, we need some stability at the club so i would be pleased to DO see him succeed from that point of view!

Well technically with Hiddink and CA in the beginning we got another one only to lose it against Tevez and his gang

He had 2 transfer periods to get his players but he didn't,besides Mourinho won the league with what was pretty much Ranieri's squad.
Hardly his fault when you have tossers like Bollock and Clueless Kalou on your team.
And somehow he made Ballack vital to our team ,remember Wigan and Inter?

well talking about our squad when i look at man utd squad i dont see a better one when i look at arsenal's i dont see a better one .... we are way better on paper but way worse on the pitch what does that tell you ????

it tells me that the players are not making the most of their potential that tells me that this is not the best that can be gotten out of them ....

when i look at our squad i see the same one that hiddink had a year ago but only he rediscovered some players like malouda drogba and ivanovic ....

you feel sorry for carlo !!!!!!!! i feel sorry for us .... for the players that will leave in summer while they have done nothing wrong like carvahlo and ballack ....... feel sorry for others who keep playing like shit but they seem to be never changed like anelka and mikel ......

i am not saying we have no shitty players cause there are some players that i just hate (ferera belleti mikel kalou anelka joe cole deco - i used to hate malouda but now he is just fine although not the best )

i am not gonna talk about the injuries .... just give a look at arsenal and man utd when carrick and fletcher were forced to play as CBs

you think he doesnt like the current players and he uses them because they are the only available options .... ok let me ask you when you ae forced to play with anelka and kalou due to lack of options ... why dont you take them in half time and put sturridge and kakuta .....why dont you put matic in .....

why didnt you get some players while you had 2 transfer windows ......

when gary neviele wasnt good enough at man u rafael had his chance and he was great that gary to raise his game and now they are rotating ...... that's what a brave manager does ......

yes we need a lot of changes and yes this is not ancelotti's team but as well he didnt get the best out of those players not even 75 % of thier worth ....

when you cant notice that mikel ballack lampard together are shit you are blind .... when you cant notice that the problem is not in frank and when i tried to replace ballack the team seems to fall apart and you still dont know its fuckin mikel you are blind .....

when you cant notice that anelka is our worst player and we seem to be playing with 10 and you still play him every single match and he will be the last man to leave the pitch you are a big fool ....

anyway and i am not saying this cause i am a fan of ancelotti obviously but if hiddink wont be available next year i would like to keep ancelotti just to have some consistency and i hope i really reaally hope ancelotti will prove me wrong

To be fair to Carlo, he haqs been missing our most crucial player in my opinion for half the season in Essien. I would love to see how well Utd would be doing if their most important player, Rooney, was out for the same period of time.
