He was ... no, he IS an example of the perfect player. I'm not talking about skills, I'm talking about skills, attitude and personality combined. If you are somebody like Zola, and you are willing to work hard, then there is no other way but success.

Did a good job managing West Ham aswell especially in the 1st season he nearly got them into Europe. Would love him as Chelsea manager one day down the line (needs more experience 1st).
