My friend, lets call him STEV30, has a problem.

His left nut is withered like a little cute peanut.

Now, being a modern man, I told Steve not to worry and that the boys wouldn't mind. Its what's inside that counts after all.

Unfortunately, I failed to take one very important thing into account.

As well as having a bizarre, withered bollock Steve is also a massive guido douchebag.

Poor Steve.

Here he is on a happy day when his shrunken nut was the furthest thing from his mind. That's him on the right, by the way.
