I'm playing it for about 6 Yeras, but i have absolutely no time anymore, both of my lil bros are really really good, they play european accords on this Instrument, that is pretty hard... they could probably play them... Its no Problem for them...

I had professional lessons for about an half year (and i did the whole repertoir of songs for which other ones need 2 years )

but cause I'm an IT-Systemadministrator and Programmer, I havent that much Time to play it. If I have some more time, I'll let my lil bros play some Oasis :eyebrows: :eyebrows: and record it for you...

I know what you mean about not having the time to play, I just can't seem to fit any tiem in to practise as most of the time I come home from work and i'm knackered. At the weekends I just want to go out. I haven't played properly for about 9 or 10 years now. If I do play I just sight read and can't be bothered to sit down and learn anything properly. I think when I was doing exams I had something to strive for.

Tell you brothers never to give up playing, as they'll only regret it in the end if they do. I think we'd all like to hear some Oasis, it would certainly be interesting to hear a different interpretation.

I'm sure you could still play now if you got the chance. It's something that stays with you forever.

When I got to Grade 8 I virtually stopped. You have to bo so good to go any further after grade 8 and have real talent if you want to make it a career. What I used to hate was doing the theory side, I din't want to do that side of music I just wanted to play.
