The Man City trial is going on without media coverage. If they are being briefed by the lawyers at the trial that the Premier League has finally found a spine when it comes to financial rules, it is easier to invest in leagues that they can buy their way to the top. They have loads of money, but they are also pretty savy businessmen. It is also noticeable that Chelsea has stopped exploiting financial loopholes. The league might be at a point they are not going to look the other way.
