Well you can't discount the impact Mourinho had on Hazard.

Before Mourinho arrived, Hazard, albeit talented, was just one of the top players on the team alongside Mata and Oscar.

It was under Mourinho's reign and that 2nd half of 2014-2015 season, that Hazard truly transformed into THE man for Chelsea, becoming no.10, raising his goal count and winning matches on his own
