It has to be said though that Chelsea ruin their strikers. We carry on the same bastardized football of the Mourinho days and the strikers never really get support. Torres, Shevchenki, Mutu, Kezman etc all ruined by ugly football.

Oh come on, that is way too much of a mass generalisation. Right now we arguably have the two best most unselfish AM's in the league. Hardly any support.

I know, for me Kaka will always be the biggest flop signing in world football

no way - mourinho dosent favor him but when he plays he is often quite good and has scored some great goals and has quality passing. i know he is nowhere near his milan form but still a good performer when called upon and gets a decent goal and assist tally for the mins he plays.

Chelsea ruin their strikers?

I would feel insulted if these 'so called' Chelsea fans force me to list the strikers who habe been a massive success over the history of Chelsea FC on a bloody Chelsea forum.

It's only opposing scum that talk of such nonsense with the typical, look at Sheva, Mutu, Crespo and Torres bullshit.

To see our own fans talking up the same shyte is unacceptable.

We ruined Mutu so bad he was forced to take cocaine to relieve his stress !

Falcao is exactly the type of striker that will fail here. If he comes he most likely won't score more than 15 goals a season. Someone warn the poor guy !

Donkey football for some reason doesn't produce good strikers.

Drogba succeeded here but he would succeed in any system. The guy is built like a brick shithouse and is perfect for the hoof and pray system.

I wouldn't label Crespo a flop!

How do you know? By what the newspapers report? Or did you see him when you went out and bought some milk the other day?

Money talks. Players genuinely don't care what colour shirt they are wearing. Pay anyone £200,000 a week and they would play anywhere in the world. Look at Fal€ao. Fucking MONACO? He'll go there and his career will stagnate. Unless they spend another £100 million on top of Fal€ao they'll finish 15th at best.

his agent confirmed that they have an agreement with bayern. also it is quite clear, that he wants to munich without the need to say it into a camera. the reaction from dortmund about this topic already shows it.

falcao is a different topic. problem is the 3rd-partner which owns 55% of his rights.

here the article to understand falcao's situation:

http://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/1e8ncw/explaining_the_falcao_move_to_monaco/

ps: falcao wasnt in monaco today. he was in madrid relaxing with his girlfriend.

Which top teams can actually sign him though?

PSG - Have Ibra so don't need him

Man City - Have Aguero and Tevez so don't need him

Real Madrid - Are not able to sign him even if they want to

Chelsea - Not wiling to pay the asking price

Bayern Munich - Dont seem interested (maybe because they feel they will get Lewandowski)

Barcelona - would never spend £50+ million on one player and dont really need him

Dortmund - Cant afford him

Man United - Have RVP so don't need him

Italian teams - Cant afford him

Where else is there to go for him? Monaco seems the best option to me.

I know the Monaco deal is nearly done (if we are to believe the rumours), but you just wrote a lot of bullshit (sorry)...

PSG - Will probably sell Ibrahimovic to Italy or buy another striker anyways (since Ibra only has one more year on his contract).

Man City - Will most probably get rid of Tevez and/or Dzeko and will fully go after a top striker.

Real Madrid - What are buy-out clauses there for?

Chelsea - Might actually be willing to pay whatever price if Mourinho asks Roman to do so.

Bayern Munich - I agree, dont seem interested!

Barcelona - I agree, would never spend £50+ million on one player and dont really need him.

Dortmund - Again, cant afford him.

Man United - What if they sell Hernandez and Rooney? We never know!

Italian teams - Juve could afford him if they wanted to and Berlusconi can buy anyone if he returns to his investment days (both very unlikely though)...

So tell me, how does a player like Falcao only has Monaco as a good option?

Francois Piraux@F8Piraux1m

Confirmed by reliable reporter @dimarzio : #Falcao will be a Monaco player next year, and no clause for Real Madrid in his contract. #ASMFC

I cant believe people still jump on this shit from tweeter and tabloids...

I for one would learn in so many years not to trust one fuck what these 'agents' , 'football followers' etc post on web.

-Hulk to chelsea, xxx times

-Aguero to Madrid after one year at City

-Chelsea has agreement for Falcao to buy in summer after he scored 3 goals in super cup vs us.

DId anything of that happen? And i remember how everyone was tweeting from 'close sources' that Hulk is Chelsea player. Bs! You cant even trust player agents or club presidents about this anymore.

And to see all these members here making posts based on tweeter rumours is just ridiculous.

All the rumours are either based on complete bullshit that was invented by press and tweeter attention whores or by club/players officials who made up stories about their players to either gain media fame/hype or to raise the worth of them.

Chelsea doesn't ruin CFs. However, the system is not CF friendly.

Top league goal scorers in the past 4 years

161 - Lionel Messi

145 - Cristiano Ronaldo

102 - Antonio Di Natale

92 - Radamel Falcao

89 - Edinson Cavani

85 - Zlatan Ibrahimovic

82 - Robin van Persie

80 - Luis Suarez

76 - Wayne Rooney

75 - Mario Gomez

Falcao is no fluke. Maybe because his price is too much but he really is a top 10 player in the world.

Ibra has already said he will stay

Man City - Will most probably get rid of Tevez and/or Dzeko and will fully go after a top striker.

you dont know what City are going to do yet! they dont even have a manager! and i guarantee whoever comes in will want Tevez and Aguero both to stay, no way will they spend £50+ Million on a striker when they have 2 top strikers already.

Real Madrid - What are buy-out clauses there for?

Buy out clause means nothing between the two Madrid clubs, its simply not a possibility for anyone to transfer between the two clubs.

Chelsea - Might actually be willing to pay whatever price if Mourinho asks Roman to do so.

Doubt it, if we wanted him don't you think we would have made our interest known by now seeing as he looks certain to go to Monaco?

Man United - What if they sell Hernandez and Rooney? We never know!

even if they did sell them both, which they wont, they would never spend £50+ million on Falcao! when they have a great goalscoring striker already! they would buy someone cheaper plus a midfielder or two.

So tell me, how does a player like Falcao only has Monaco as a good option?

because of his price! because FFP is only around the corner most teams are trying to balance their books right now, the top teams just either dont need him, cant afford him or simply dont want him!
